KUALATUNGKAL - Tinggal dua hari waktu bagi masyarakat untuk menentukan pilihan siapa yang bakal dipercaya memimpin Negara Republik Indonesia lima tahun ke depan, begitu juga wakil rakyat baik Daerah Kabupaten/Kota, Provinsi, maupun Pusat.
Selain itu, masa kampanye Calon Legislatif (Caleg) DPRD Kabupaten Tanjab Barat, DPRD Provinsi Jambi, DPR RI dan DPD RI serta Calon Presiden dan Wakil Presiden RI, berakhir tepat pada hari Sabtu, (13/4) pukul 00.00 WIB. Setelah melewati waktu tersebut tahapan Pemilu 17 April 2019 sudah memasuki masa tenang hingga 16 April 2019.
Ketua Bawaslu Tanjung Jabung Barat, Hadi Siswa, mengatakan pihaknya sudah melakukan koordinasi bersama Instansi terkait, seperti Satpol PP, Kepolisian, KPU, dan Dishub, untuk menertibkan Alat Peraga Kampanye (APK), mulai hari Minggu (14/4) pukul 00.00 WIB untuk menertibkan APK yang masih terpasang.
“Kemarin juga sudah kita sampaikan melalui surat kepada Partai Politik dan Peserta Pemilu (Caleg, Red) untuk mereka menurunkan APK nya sendiri," ujar Hadi Siswa.
Menurutnya Semua APK yang masih terpasang akan dibersihkan dan tertibkan hingga tanggal 16 April 2019, artinya APK masih boleh terpasang hingga akhir masa tenang.
Meskipun Bawaslu menghimbau kepada para peserta pemilu, baik itu Caleg ataupun Partai Politik agar tidak melakukan kampanye di masa tenang, baik itu kampanye di media sosial, media massa ataupun kampanye tatap muka. Namun tidak ada sanksi bagi yang berkampanye pada waktu masa tenang.
Dijelaskan Hadi Siswa, hingga Minggu (14/4) sore diperkirakan 70 persen sanpai 75 persen APK di dalam Kota sudah ditertibkan. Batas terakhir penertiban hingga tanggal 16 April 2019, namun jika masih ada yang terpasang setelah tanggal 16 April dikatakan Ketua Bawaslu Tanjabbar juga tidak ada sanksi. " Tidak ada sanksinya, tapi kita usahakan sudah bersihlah," kata Hadi Siswa.
Sementara untuk pserta pemilu yang berkampanye di Media Sosial pada masa tenag juga tidak ada sanksi, Hadi Siawa juga mengaku kesulitan untuk menertibkan, pihaknya hanya bisa memberi himbauan dan membuat laporan keatas (Bawaslu Provinsi). " Dimedia sosial ini agak sulit kita tertibkan. Paling kita beri himbauan dan laporan ke tingkat kita yang diatas. Kita tidak bisa memberi sanksi," pungkasnya.
