Tersangka curanmor saat dilarikan ke RS Sungai Bahar kemarin..
MUAROJAMBI – Ari (19) tahun warga Rt.10 unit 20 desa Adipura Kencana, kecamatan Bahar Selatan harus berurusan dengan polisi.
Pasalnya, dia dilaporkan Edy Suprapto (43) warga Rt 05 Jln Jakarta desa Bukit Mas, kecamatan Sungai Bahar, kabupaten Muarojambi atas kasus tindak pidana pencurian sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 363 KUHP kepada Polsek Sungai Bahar pada tanggal 19 Mei 2019.
Kapolsek Sungai Bahar, AKP Hardianto SH.MH. melalui Kanit Reskrim Polsek Sungai Bahar IPDA Wiwik Utomo meceritakan kronologis kejadian. Berawal pada hari Minggu tanggal 19 Mei 2019 sekira pukul 12.00 WIB, Jeri Darmawan, Ardi, Fito dan 1 orang lagi yang tidak kenal nongkrong di kebun kelapa sawit dekat PDAM desa Marga Mulya, kecamatan Sungai Bahar.
Sekira pukul 17.30 WIB laki-laki yang tidak dikenal tersebut naik keatas SPM Honda JTR BH 4950 IM dan menghidupkan mesin dan membawanya pergi. Kemudian Jeri teriak “Mau kemana kau” dan dijawab "Mau beli rokok,” ujar Wiwik menirukan teriakan Jeri.
Dikarenakan curiga, kemudian Jeri bersama temannya mengejar tersangka dan menemukan SPM tergeletak dipinggir jalan dan pelaku tidak diketemukan. Kemudian Jeri dan temannya mencari pelaku dan mendapatkan pelaku sembunyi disemak - semak dan selanjutnya pelaku diamankan dan diketahui bahwa pelaku dalam keadaan terluka karena terjatuh dari SPM.
Selanjutnya anggota polri mendatangi tkp dan mengamankan pelaku dan dibawa berobat ke RSU Sungai Bahar dalam kondisi tidak sadarkan diri.
“ Akibat kejadian tersebut, pelapor mengalami kerugian kehilangan 1 unit spm Honda JTR BH 4950 IM seharga sekira Rp 7.000.000,- ( juta rupiah). Selanjutnya melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Polsek Sungai Bahar untuk proses lebih lanjut,” tutur Ipda Wiwik, kepada media ini kemarin.
Dalam kejadian ini polisi juga mengamankan 1 (satu) unit spm honda Jtr BH 4950 IM, 1 (satu) Buah Kunci Spm honda jtr BH 4950 IM, 1 (satu) lembar STNK Ranmor Honda Jtr BH 4950 IM an. Edy Suprapto,” tutupnya.(sdt)
