MUARABULIAN – Masih banyaknya Guru berstatus pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) strata 1 (S1) di kabupaten Batanghari yang belum melakukan penyesuaian gelar di aplikasi My SAPK dihimbau agar dalam melakukan penyesuaian.
Penyesuaian gelar kepada Guru S1 ini sangat diperlukan untuk kelengkapan data pegawai di bandan administrasi kepegawaian Negara (BAKN) pusat. Meski data kepegawai sudah terdaftar di Kemendikbud hal ini perlu dilakukan karena bisa merugikan Guru dalam kelengkapan bahan pada saat pemberkasan.
“ Masih Separuh Guru S1 di Batanghari belum melakukan penyesuaian gelar S1 di BAKN, untuk itu dihimbau agar Guru S1 dapat memperbaharui data tersebut. Itu dapat dibuka melalui aplikasi My SAPK,” ujar Kabid Tenaga dan Ketenagaan disdikbud Batanghari Ya’akin diruang kerjanya, Selasa (02/07/2019) kemarin.
Ia menegaskan, Jika Guru S1 ini tidak melakukan penyesuaian gelar di data BAKN dikemudian hari dapat menghambat beberapa pemberkasan seperti untuk mengurus pensiun, kenaikan pangkat bahkan berpengaruh kepada tunjangan diterima. “ Kalau ini tidak dilakukan penyesuaian contohnya pada saat pensiun di Aplikasi SAPK tidak terdaftar, atau data gelar sarjana tidak ada akan menghambat proses pensiun,” kata Kabid.
Untuk itu guru di kabupaten batanghari agar sesegera mungkin mengurus penyesuaian gelar ini. Langkah disdikbud Batanghari saat menunggu kelengkapan bahan penyesuaian yang diajukan oleh Guru untuk di vetifikasi ke BKSDM agar dilakukan penyesuaianya.
Yaakin juga mengatakan ada beberapa syarat untuk penyesuaian gelar S1 ini yakni Pengantar dari SKPD, SK Capeg, Pangkat terakhir, SKP satu tahun, Ijazah terakhir, Ijaza yang akan disesuaikan dilegas dari kampus, surat izin belajar, surat keterangan kuliah, SK Akreditasi kampus dan daftar riwayat hidup.
Kabid GTK ini juga berharap, Guru dapat menyikapi data kepegawaiannya dan dapat melakukan penyesuaian data gelar S1 ini. " sekarang aturannya harus penyesuainya dibuat, meskipun sudah terdaftar di kemendikbud, di aplikasi SAPK itu data seluruh pegawai di indonesia yang resmi sebagai data kepegawaian,” pungkasnya.
