MUAROJAMBI - Niat Bupati Muarojambi, Masnah Busroh melakukan Reshuffle sejumlah pejabat dilingkungan pemerintah kabupaten Muarojambi tertunda karena terbentur anggaran, mengingat masih ada beberapa Dinas dijabat oleh Pelaksana Tugas (PLt).
Isu reshuffle sejumlah pejabat Eselon II di lingkungan pemerintah daerah kabupaten Muaroambi, mencuat sejak awal tahun 2020 ini. Terus beredarnya kabar tersebut, semakin membuat pejabat cemas dan was-was. Terlebih pada pejabat yang kurang aktif, menjadi sasaran reshuffle.
Berdasarkan keterangan Bupati Muarojambi, Masnah Busroh, reshuffle SKDP sudah dilakukan. Namun terbentur anggaran sehingga reshuffle tertunda sementara. "Untuk melalukan reshuffle itu tentu mekanisme dan aturannya," katanya.
Kata Bupati, reshuffle itu pertama harus memberikan peluang kepada ASN yang memilki syarat, salah satunya lelang jabatan
"Secepatnya akan kita defenitipkan atau reshuffle. Kalau depenitifkan itu harus tahapan," ujarnya.
Untuk mereshuffle, Bupati berniat mengadakan lelang jabatan. Namun lelang jabatan yang sudah dianggarakan terhenti karena revocussing anggaran akibat virus Corona. "Jadi reshuffle akan terlaksana dianggaran perubahan, karena kita harus menyeleksi dengan asismen dan lelang jabatan," pungkasnya.
