MUARABULIAN - Dinas Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura (TPH) kabupaten Batanghari mencatat realisasi luas tanam padi di Batanghari hingga Juli 2020 belum mencapai target.
Dari target tanam 9.449 haktar, yang terealisasi baru 8.365 haktar. Persentase capaianya yakni 88,1 persen.
Kepala Dinas TPH Batanghari, Mara Mulya Pane melalui Kabid Produksi Tanaman Pangan, Isnen, kepada media ini menyebut dari target tanam 9.449 hektar di tahun 2020 ini, hingga bulan Juli 2020 sudah terealisasi 8.365 hektar.
Dimana dari 8.363 hektar padi yang sudah taman tersebut, artinya sudah 88,1 persen realisasi tanam dari target yang ditetapkan.
Dari luas 8.363 hektar itu, 1.378 hektar sudah panen, dengan produksi 4.761 ton gabah kering giling (GKG) dengan produktivitas sekitar 3,45 ton perhektar. Itu panen sampai Juni 2020.
“Produksi padi tersebut hasil panen padi dari luas tanam 1.378 hektar yang tersebar di wilayah Batanghari, dengan jumlah produksi 4.761 ton padi. Produksi padi tersebut merupakan hasil dari produksi padi sawah dan ladang,” kata Isnen dikonfirmasi media ini di ruang kerjanya pada Senin (3/8/2020).
Isnen meyakini target tanam padi di Batanghari tahun ini mencapai target yang ditetapkan, meskipun hingga Juli 2020 baru tercapai 8.365 hektar dari 9.449 hektar yang ditargetkan .
