Tiga Tersangka Diamankan Polres Merangin
MERANGIN - Tiga pengedar narkoba jenis sabu dibekuk Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polres Merangin. Tersangka adalah PA (32), DD (22), MU (54) diamankan dari tempat yang berbeda-beda.
Dua dari tiga pelaku berasal dari Pelepat, Kabupaten Bungo dan satu lagi pelaku berasal dari Tabir Selatan, Merangin.
Menurut pihak Kepolisan Polres Merangin, penangkapan berawal dari adanya laporan dari masyarakat. Dikatakan di Desa Sukorejo, Kecamatan Margo Tabir, sering dijadikan tempat transaksi narkoba.
Setelah mendapat laporan, Satres Narkoba Polres Merangin yang dipimpin langsung oleh Katim Opsnal Bripka Antoni, SH langsung bergerak menuju lokasi.
Kapolres Merangin AKBP I Kade Utama Wijaya, melalui Kasat Narkoba Polres Merangin IPTU Robinson Singarimbun, membenarkan kalau adanya penangkapan tiga orang tersangka pengguna narkoba di wilayah Margo Tabir.
”Ya benar, memang ketiga pelaku tindak pidana narkoba berhasil diamankan. Untuk barang bukti sudah kita amankan dari ketiga pelaku, dan semua pelaku adalah pengedar yang bisa menghancurkan generasi masa depan, ” kata Kasat Singarimbun.
Menurut Kasat narkoba Polres Merangin, pelaku dikenakan pasar narkoba dengan ancaman hukuman yang cukup berat. “Ketiga pelaku akan dikenakan dua pasal 114 (1) dan 112 (1) UU RI No. 35 Tahun 2009 tentang narkotika, dengan ancaman hukuman kurungan selama 15 tahun penjara.” Tandas Kasat Narkoba Singarimbun.
