Pelaku pencabulan di merangin.
MERANGIN — Bejat, itulah kata yang harus disematkan kepada kakek-kakek yang tega mencabuli seorang bocah yang masih berumur 10 tahun sebut saja bunga.
Pelaku tersebut adalah BH (50) warga RT 04 Desa Rantau Limau Manis Kecamatan Tabir Ilir. Entah setan apa yang merasuki kakek bejat ini, sehingga tega mencabuli Bunga.
Informasi yang didapat, aksi pencabulan itu terjadi pada Kamis (28/03/2019) sekitar pukul 12.00 WIB. Persetubuhan yang dilakukan pelaku tidak jauh dari rumahnya, yakni disemak-semak sekitar rumah pelaku.
Saat itu orang tua korban mencari keberadaannya, lalu tidak lama kemudian korban keuar dari depan rumah pelaku tepatnya di semak-semak.
Kemudian pelaku mendekati orang tua korban memberitahu dirinya telah menggendong korban dan membawanya kedalam semak-semak. Pelaku mengaku mengancam korban dengan menggunakan sebilah parang, korban pun tak berdaya dan pada saat itulah pelaku melakukan aksi bejatnya.
Pelaku mencium dan membuka celana korban dan menyetubuhi korban sehingga kelamin korban mengalami sakit atau nyeri.
Orang tua korban tidak terima atas perbuatan pelaku, lalu melaporkannya ke aparat Kepolisian, dan pelaku langsung diamankan oleh aparat.
Kapolres Merangin, AKBP I Kade Utama Wijaya melalui Kasubag Humas, Iptu Sobri membenarkan kejadian tersebut, dan pelaku saat ini sudah diamankan di Polres Merangin.
”Ya, benar telah terjadi kasus pencabulan, korbannya pelajar SD berumur 10 tahun. Saat ini pelaku sudah kita amankan, untuk proses pemeriksaan oleh pihak reskrim,” ungkapnya Senin (11/03).
