KERINCI- Jelang pelaksanaan Rapat koordinasi dan Supervisi pemberantasan Korupsi, dilaksanakan pertemuan singkat Bupati Kerinci, H Adi Rozal bersama Koordinator Supervisi Pencegahan Korupsi KPK RI Wilayah II Sumatera, Aida Ratna Zulaiha serta BKPSDM Kerinci.
Diruangan rapat kerja Bupati Kerinci, Rabu (13/3) sekitar pukul 13.00 wib, BKPSDM diminta memaparkan dan menjelaskan rencana aksi pelaksanaan TPP ASN Kabupaten Kerinci berbasis sistem merit peta jabatan, nilai jabatan.
" Alhamdulillah, buk Aida selaku anggota KPK RI sangat mengapresiasi pelaksanaan TPP ASN yang kita laksanakan," ungkap Kabid pendataan, pengembangan karir dan penilaian Kinerja, Jondriali
Bahkan, lanjutnya, pihak KPK RI berencana akan menjadikan program pelaksanaan TPP ASN di Kerinci berbasis merit peta jabatan, nilai jabatan sebagai project KPK RI.
" Program TPP ASN Kerinci akan dijadikan sebagai Pilot Project KPKRI terhadap penerapan TPP ASN di Wilayah II Sumatera," sebutnya
Sementara itu Bupati Kerinci, H Adi Rozal mengakui setelah mendengar pemaparan dari BKPSDM Kerinci di ruang kerjanya, pihak KPK RI sangat mengapresiasi program TPP ASN yang diberlakukan di Kerinci.
" Memang benar, KPK RI mengapresiasi program TPP ASN di Kerinci, hal ini tentunya bisa menjadi motivasi kita untuk terus memperbaiki program ini menjadi lebih baik lagi," sebutnya.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, lanjutnya dia juga mengakui pihaj KPK RI merespon positif program TPP ASN Kerinci, bahkan akan merekomendasikan agar daerah lain brlajar ke Kerinci dalam usaha penetapan TPP ASN.
" Mereka bahkan akan merekomendasikan agar daerah lain belajar ke Kerinci, semoga jadi kenyataan. Kalau sudah rekomendasi KPK RI secara otomatis daerah lain mau belajar ke kita," tutupnya.(oky)
