SENGETI - Kerap menceramahi pria bertato, Seorang Imam Masjid Abdul Fattah usia (67) warga Lorong Bambu Kuning Desa Kasang Kumpeh Kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu kabupaten Muarojambi mengalami tusukan di leher.
Dari data yang dihimpun harian ini, pembunuhan ini terjadi pada Selasa (2/4/2019) ini hari sekitar pukul 20.00 WIB. Saat itu, korban sedang berada di kediamannya, kemudian pelaku bernama Subur Handoko usia (33) warga Lorong Sumur Batu Desa kasang kumpeh kecamatan kumpeh Ulu melakukan niat jahatnya.
Kronologisnya, Pelaku mendatangi rumah sikorban dengan membawa sebilah pisau, setibanya di rumah sikorban, pelaku langsung menancapkan pisau tersebut ke leher korban, hingga tewas bersimbah darah.
Kasat reskrim Polres Muarojambi melalui kanit reskrim Polsek kecamatan Kumpeh ulu Aiptu Mahyadi mengatakan bahwa pelaku melakukan pembunuhan tersebut karena pelaku sakit hati kepada korban.
Korban itu sering menceramahi pelaku, jadi pelaku sakit hati dan akhirnya membunuh korban. Usai melakukan pembunuhan pelaku langsung kabur ke rumahnya sendiri yang tidak jauh dari rumah korban.
Mendengar kejadian tersebut, anggota Reskrim Polres Muarojambi langsung bergerak cepat pukul 21.30 WIB anggota telah berhasil untuk mengamankan pelaku yang sedang bersembunyi di rumahnya.
" Jadi pelaku sementara ini kita amankan tanpa adanya perlawanan. Kita juga mengamankan satu buah pisau yang panjangnya 30 cm yang digunakan pelaku untuk membunuh korban," terangnya.
Ditambah lagi oleh Kanit, pelaku saat ini sudah di bawa ke Polres muarojambi untuk di tindak lanjuti. Pelaku juga dikenakan Pasal 340 KUHP subsider Pasal 338 KUHP lebih subsider 351 ayat 3," pungkasnya.
