MUARABULIAN - Kepala Inspektorat kabupaten Batanghari, Mukhlis, menegaskan akan memberikan sangsi tegas kepada oknum pejabat Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Batanghari jika terbukti bersalah melakukan perbuatan yang bertentangan dengan hukum.
Hal tersebut berawal dihebohkannya pemberitaan terkait mobil dinas bernopol BH 282 BZ milik DLH Batanghari sering terlihat mondar-mandir di lokasi illegal drilling yang terekam CCTV Perusahaan dikawasan desa Pompa Air, kecamatan Bajubang, kabupaten Batanghari.
Muklis mengaku secara resmi dirinya belum menerima laporan dari Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Batanghari terkait hal ini.
“ Nanti akan kita telusuri. Jika terbukti oknum pejabat ini bersalah, akan diberikan sangsi tegas, yakni bisa dicopot dari jabatannya,” kata Muklis kepada awak media di gedung DPRD Batanghari, Rabu (12/6/2019).
“ Informasinya oknum yang membawa mobil tersebut menjabat sebagai Kabid Tahura di DLH,” tambah Mukhlis.
Sementara itu Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Batanghari, Parlaungan, kepada awak media membenarkan bahwa mobil jenis Chevrolet tersebut millik Dinas LH Batanghari, yang dikendarai oleh anak buahnya yang menjabat sebagai Kabid Tahura di Dinas LH berinisial (F).
“ Mulai hari ini mobil dinas tersebut akan kita tarik dan saya akan melayangkan surat kepada Inspektorat sebagai laporan,” kata Parlaungan, Rabu (12/6).
Parlaungan menjelaskan, bahwa secara kedinasan dirinya tidak memberikan penugasan kepada anak buahnya ke kawasan ilegal drilling.
“ Tidak ada penugasan saat itu. Kalau patroli saya memberikan tugas secara rombongan,” kilahnya.
“ Yang jelas mobil patroli tersebut akan kita tarik,” kata Parlaungan.
Menurutnya, bupati Batanghari telah memberi instruksi untuk menarik fasilitas negara yang disalah gunakan oleh Kabid Tahura,” tutupnya.(*)
