BATANGHARINEWS.COM - Kritikan DPRD Muarojambi tentang serapan anggaran fisik yang minim mendapat respon dari Bupati Muarojambi, Masnah Busro. Di depan anggota legisatif Muarojambi saat Paripurna Pengambilan Keputusan Ranperda APBD-p tahun Anggaran 2019, Masnah meminta dua instansi bekerja efektif sesuai tupoksinya masing-masing dan jangan saling lempar tanggung jawab.
" Antara UKPBJ dan Dinas PU jangan saling lempar bola tentang serapan anggaran ini," sebut Bupati dengan emosi.
Diceritakan Bupati, persoalan serapan anggaran ini memang menjadi perhatiannya. Untuk itu, dia sering berkonsultasi dengan Kadis PU Yultasmi dan Kepala UKPBJ Safrinal.
" Saya tanya ULP (UKPBJ) kenapa serapan fisik ini masih minim. Dijawab karena perencanaan di dinas PU belum siap. Saya minta jangan lempar batu sembunyi tangan," ujar Bupati.
Bupati pun mengultimatum kepad dua instansi tersebut untuk konsen menanggapi persoalan ini. Bahkan Bupati mengancam akan mencopot keduanya jika realisasi fisik ini ke depan masih minim.
"Jika ke depan ini tidak terealisasi silahkan mundur atau saya copot. Terus terang saya tidak ada kepentingan di sini karena saya hanya ingin membangun Muarojambi lebih baik lagi ke depan. Pekerjaan saya banyak dan bukan hanya mengurusi persoalan serapan ini saja," tegas Bupati.
Bupati bahkan berpikir untuk berkoordinasi dengan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) untuk membantu pengawasan penganggaran dan perencanaan di Muarojambi.
" Di sini saya tidak ada intervensi dan kepentingan. Apa perlu saya rekomendasikan ke KPK untuk setiap pembahasan ada orang KPK yang duduk baik PUPR dan ULP," pungkas Bupati dengan emosi.(std)
