MUARABULIAN – Wakil Bupati Batanghari, Hj Sofia Joesoef SH sedikit kecewa terhadap kehadiran pejabat Batanghari yang minim pada rapat paripuran Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat daerah (DPRD) kabupaten Batanghari dengan agenda penyampaian pemandangan umum fraksi-fraksi DPRD di gedung DPRD Batanghari, Selasa (6/8/2019)
“ Selaku pihak eksekutif saya mengucapkan terima kasih kepada seluruh anggota dewan Batanghari dan juga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada anggota dewan yang akan mengakhiri masa tugasnya,” kata wabup.
Dilanjutkan Sofia, selaku Wakil Bupati Batanghari dirinya menghimbau kepada Sekretaris Daerah agar seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di lingkup Pemkab Batanghari yang di undang untuk mengikuti rapat paripurna agar dapat menghadiri rapat tersebut.
“ Ini saya perhatikan semakin siang berkurang peserta rapat dari ASN ini ada apa. Tentunya saya malu sekali dengan pimpinan DPRD Batanghari ini juga masuk dalam tanggung jawab Wakil Bupati selaku pengawas Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Batanghari,” kesalnya.
Dilanjutkan Sofia, dirinya menghimbau kepada Sekda Kabupaten Batanghari untuk seluruh ASN di lingkup Pemkab Batanghari yang diundang untuk mengikuti rapat paripurna agar dapat hadir.
“ Untuk rapat paripurna besok saya harapkan ASN yang diundang mengikuti rapat agar hadir,” tegasnya.
Dikatakan Wabup Batanghari, untuk kedepaan kepada pejabat Batanghari yang tidak tugas luar untuk dapat hadir mengikuti rapat paripuran DPRD Batanghari. “ Saya tegaskan tadi, karena saya mengingatkan kembali bagi yang tidak tugas luar supaya hadir,” tegas Wabup Sofia.
Meski demikian, Wabup mengakui bahwa ketidakhadiran sejumlah pejabat Batanghari pada rapat paripurna DRPD kemarin, dikarenakan tugas luar. Untuk memastikan pejabat tersebut tugas luar, wabup mengaku akan melakukan cek terhadap surat tugas pejabat yang bersangkutan.
“ Nanti kita cek surat tugasnya,” tegas wabup.
Sementara terkait ketidakhadiran sejumlah pejabat pada paripurna hari ini (kemarin-red), wabup menegaskan akan mengecek kebenaran pejabat tersebut tugas luar atau tidak,” kata wabup.(mon )
