Terduga penggelapan sepeda motor saat diringkus polisi kemarin..
MUARATEBO - Tim Sultan Polres Tebo berhasil menangkap pelaku penggelapan sepeda motor (Spm) di dusun Sentano, desa Sungai Karang, Kec.VII koto Ilir. Pada Rabu (07/08/2019) sekitar pukul 07:15 wib.
Tersangka adalah Imron (29) warga Rt.14/Desa Sungai Karang, Kec. VII Koto Ilir, Kab. Tebo. Pria yang bekerja sebagai petani ini ditangkap saat berada di Dalam rumah keluarganya yaitu rumah datuk pang limo duo sim di dusun Sentano desa Balai Rajo kec.VII Koto Ilir.
Kapolres Tebo, AKBP Zainal Arrahman melalui Kasat Reskrim AKP MUuhammad Ridho Syawaluddin Taufan, S.I.K membenarkan atas penangkapan tersangka, " Ya benar, pelaku kita tangkap disebuah rumah keluarganya," kata Kasat.
Aksi pelaku dilaporkan ke polisi dengan Laporan Polisi Nomor : LP / B / 06 / II / 2019/ Jambi / Res Tebo / Sektor Rimbo bujang, tanggal 25 Februari 2019. Atas laporan tersebut, pada rabu tgl (07/08/2019) sekitar pukul 03:00 dini hari polidi mengetahui keberadaan diduga tersangka sedang berada di Dusun sentano kec.VII koto Ilir.
Selanjutnya, Tim Sultan dipimpin oleh anggota sultan BRIPKA NURMAI IRPAN ASROPI A, pada pukul 03.20 wib tim sultan bergerak dan langsung mengamankan terhadap diduga tersangka tindak pidana penggelapan di dusun Sentano desa Balai Rajo An. Imron, yang pada saat itu sedang berada di dalam rumah keluarganya yaitu rumah datuk pang limo duo sim di dusun Sentano desa Balai Rajo kec.VII koto ilir.
Sebelumnya tim Sultan telah mengamankan barang bukti penggelapan satu unit sepeda motor Honda Supra warna Hitam nomor polisi BH 3688 CW Nomor rangka: MH1KB2110JK073858.
" Kini tersangka dibawa ke polsek Rimbo bujang guna penyidikan lebih lanjut. Atas perbuatannya pelaku dikenakan Pasal dalam UU yg diterapkan yaitu Pasal 372 KUHPidana," pungkas Kasat. (Zie)
