BATANGHARI - Musim kemarau panjang yang terjadi saat ini, ternyata banyak mengakibatkan kebakaran hutan dan lahan (Karhutla) disejumlah wilayah, khususnya di kabupaten Batanghari.
Untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut, ternyata pihak PT.APL sudah menyiapkan team petugas Patroli Api yang sudah lama ditugaskan pihak perusahaan. Dan untuk kemarau panjang saat ini team tersebut semakin disiagakan agar tidak terjadi Karhutla. Dan baru-baru ini kebakaran sempat terjadi diwilayah kebun PT.APL, beruntung api langsung bisa dipadamkan oleh team patroli.
" Kemarin sempat terjadi kebakaran berkat kesigapan team yang sudah lama kami bentuk, api dapat kami padamkan," tegas M.H Fahmi Lubis, Humas PT.APL kepada media kemarin.
Lebih lanjut kata Fahmi, menyikapi peristiwa kebakaran lahan yang terjadi pada Sabtu (17/8/2019) sekitar jam 14.00 Wib di dalam ijin lokasi PT. APL tepatnya di desa Peninjauan, kecamatan Marosebo Ulu, kabupaten Batanghari, M Fahmi mengatakan, titik api tersebut diketahui berdasarkan patroli Tim Damkar APL yang di koordinator oleh Yusril bersama 10 personil.
Dimana status lahan milik PT. APL tanaman kebun kelapa sawit usia tanam 3 tahun, dengan luas lahan : +- 2 Ha," kata Fahmi, kapada media ini, Kamis (22/8/2019).
Kepada media ini Fahmi menceritakan kronologis kejadian, berawal pada jam 13.00 Wib waktu itu, telah dilakukan patroli rutin keliling keseluruh wilayah lokasi perkebunan PT. APL oleh tim Damkar PT. APL dan pada pukul 14.30 Wib ditemukan titik api dilokasi afd 5 dengan kondisi lahan tanaman sawit usia 3 tahun.
Selanjutnya tim damkar bersama sama karyawan PT. APL langsung melakukan pemadaman dilokasi lahan yang terbakar dan sampai pukul 22.00 Wib malamnya api dapat dipadamkan. Untuk luas yang terbakar +- 2.2 Ha,.
" Hal ini sudah kita laporkan ke Polsek, Satgas Karhutla, Danramil, BPBD dan Forum Siaga Bencana kabupaten Batanghari," kata Fahmi.
Fahmi juga mengakui, bahwa pemadaman api dilokasi lahan yang terbakar saat itu PT. APL menggunakan armada dan peralatan milik PT. APL yakni 2 unit tangki air, 3 unit baby tank, 4 unit mesin robin, 2 unit doble kabin, 2 unit traktor (nh dan mf) dan 1 unit dumtruk," kata Fahmi.
Fahmi juga berujar, bahwa dia menduga kebakaran lahan yang terjadi di wilayah ijin PT APL desa Peninjauan tersebut ada unsur kesengajaan. Sebab, kata Fahmi di lokasi tim patroli Damkar PT. APL saat itu hanya menemukan satu titik api. Namun setelah api berhasil dipadamkan, muncul lagi sejumlah titik api tak jauh dari lokasi titik api yang dipadamkan tim Damkar PT. APL dengan spot spot tertentu yang diduga sengaja dibakar oleh oknum yang tidak bertanggung jawab.
" Sebab saat kita mau menuju titik api itu guna memadamkan api tersebut, terlihat ada dua kendaraan yang dikendarai orang yang tidak dikenal kabur dari lokasi. Jadi indikasi kita ada sabotase dalam peristiwa kebakaran tersebut," tutup Fahmi.(mon)
