TANJAB BARAT - Pengurus Cabang Ikatan Sarjana Nahdlatul Ulama (PC ISNU) Tanjabbarat masa khidmat 2018- 2022 telah resmi dikukuhkan dibawah pimpinan Kurdi dan Mahfudtriono sebagai sekretaris, Rabu (18/9/2019)
Acara pengukuhan, Rakercab dan diskusikan publik tersebut dihadiri langsung oleh Bupati Tanjabbarat Safrial dan Wabup Amir Sakib, juga turut serta hadir menyaksikan prosesi pelantikan ratusan pengurus ISNU Tanjabbarat. Tema pengukuhan ini adalah " Peluang dan Tantangan Moderasi dalam berbangsa di Era 4.0"".
Bupati Safrial dalam sambutannya mengapresiasi kegiatan yang dilakukan Ikatan Sarjana Nahdlatul ulama.
" ISNU merupakan badan otonom yang berfungsi membantu melaksanakan kebijakan Nahdlatul ulama pada kelompok sarjana dan kaum intelektual yang mempunyai integritas, kejujuran, komitmen, visi, ketahanan mental dan kreatifitas," katanya.
Dalam kesempatan ini Bupati juga menyampaikan visi misi beliau dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai Bupati Tanjung Jabung Barat, bupati juga menyampaikan infrastruktur memiliki fungsi yang sangat baik sebagai jalur konektivitas antar daerah dan sebagai pendongkrak ekonomi.
" Untuk yang terpenting dalam memajukan pembangunan adalah SDM yang mumpuni," tambahnya.
Bupati juga mengharapkan kepada para pemuda/i umumnya masyarakat Tanjung Jabung Barat tidak hanya sebagai penonton tetapi harus ikut serta dalam perusahaan pengelolah sumber daya alam yang ada
" Wilayah kita memiliki banyak sumber daya alam, kita harus mampu untuk mengelola," ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut lagi bupati menekan kan kepada para penerus bangsa tidak hanya memiliki ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK) tetapi harus juga memiliki Iman dan Takwa (IMTAK).
Sementara Ketua PC ISNU Tanjabbarat Kurdi mengatakan Menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0, pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam keberhasilan suatu negara.
" Diperlukan pendidikan sebagai bekal agar SDM tersebut memiliki kualitas untuk mampu bersaing dengan ketat" ujarnya.
Selain itu, keterampilan dan kepemimpinan seseorang juga berpengaruh pada kemampuan bertahan dalam era transformasi teknologi yang begitu cepat
" ISNU harus mampu menjawab segala peluang dan tantangan tersebut," ungkapnya.
