Pelaku jambret yang diamankan polisi kemarin..
MERANGIN-Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polres Merangin mengamankan 2 orang pelaku tindak kriminal penjambretan didua tempat terpisah, Sabtu (21/9).
Kedua pelaku terpaksa dihadihahi timah panas oleh anggota, karena saat hendak diringkus berusaha melarikan diri.
Diketahui identitas pelaku yaitu David Muhammad (25) dan Zul Padri (26) keduanya mengaku berasal dari Musi Rawas, Sumatera Selatan.
Menurut keterangan Plt. Kapolres Merangin AKBP Muhamaad Lutfi, kedua tersangka melakukan aksinya di dua tempat berbeda. Satu pejambret melakukan aksinya di depan PT Oksigen di Desa Sungai Ulak, Kecamatan Nalo Tantan dan satu pejambret lagi melakukan aksi di depan Rumah Dinas Bupati Merangin, Jalan Syamsudin Uban, Kelurahan Dusun Bangko.
“ Karena saat akan ditangkap melarilan diri, Kedua pelaku terpaksa ditembak kakinya,” jelas Kapolres Merangin AKBP Muhammad Lutfi, Sabtu siang (21/9).
Adapun barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan dari kedua pelaku, yaitu 3 buah HP, kalung emas dan uang sebanyak Rp.1,9 juta. Saat ini pelaku diamankan di Mapolres Merangin dan masih dalam penyelidikan dan pengembangan petugas.
“ Pelaku dijerat dengan pasal 365 KUHP. Kasusnya dalam penyelidikan dan pengembangan petugas,” tandas Kapolres Merangin. (don)
