MUARABULIAN - Dewan Pimpinan Cabang (DPC) Partai Demokrat kabupaten Batanghari, akan membuka pendaftaran penjaringan Bakal Calon Bupati (Bacabup) dan Bakal Calon Wakil Bupati (Bacwabup) Batanghari pada pemilukada serentak tahun 2020 mendatang.
Pendaftaran dibuka di Sekretariat DPC Partai Demokrat Jalan Gajah Mada Muarabulian mulai tanggal 14 Oktober 2019 dan ditutup pada tanggal 28 Oktober 2019.
Berdasarkan hasil rapat internal partai dan petunjuk dari DPD, bahwa DPC Demokrat Batanghari untuk segera membuka pendaftaran bakal calon kepala daerah untuk Pilkada serentak 2020.
“ Untuk jadwalnya disepakati tanggal 14 Oktober – 28 Oktober 2019,” kata Sekretaris DPC Partai Demokrat, Okta F Yuma pada Senin (7/10).
Okta berujar, pendaftaran penjaringan ini terbuka untuk semua bagi yang ingin berkontestasi pada Pilkada 2020.
“ Intinya ini terbuka untuk umum. Kita mengedepankan azaz demokrasi yang baik. Nanti pada saat para cakada mengambil formulir pendaftaran di sekretariat kantor DPC akan kita jelaskan semua tentang administrasi yang harus dilengkapi,” kata Okta.
Senada dikatakan Ketua DPC partai Demokrat kabupaten Batanghari, Camelia Fuji Astuti. Kata dia, bagi bakal calon Bupati dan wakil Bupati Batanghari yang berminat melalui pintu Partai Demokrat langsung berhubungan dengan tim penjaringan yang telah di tunjuk oleh DPC Partai Demokrat.
Menurut perempuan yang akrab disapa Lia ini, pihaknya tidak membatasi golongan yang ingin mendaftar. Partai Demokrat membuka ruang seluas-luasnya bagi masyarakat yang berminat ikut kontestasi.
” Kader partai memang diutamakan dalam setiap hajatan politik,itupun berlaku pada semua partai. Tapi itu bukan menandakan partai kita tertutup bagi orang luar. Bagi masyarakat yang tertarik untuk ikut, ya silahkan bergabung,” ujar Camelia.
Camelia juga menjelaskan, dalam penjaringan cakada, pengurus partai di daerah hanya beperan pada tahap pendaftaran. Adapun Dewan Pimpinan Pusat (DPP) lah yang akan menjadi penentu dalam memutuskan siapa sosok yang nantinya diusung. Untuk Ketua Tim Penjaringan DPC Partai Demokrat Batanghari diketuai oleh Quzwaini yang notabenenya adalah anggota DPRD Batanghari.
