BATANGHARINEWS.COM – Pemkab Batanghari pada tahun 2019 dapat bantuan hibah berupa Listrik Tenaga Surya Hemat Energi (LTSHE) sebanyak 642 unit.
Bantuan hibah LTSHE ini dari Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) melalui Direktorat Jenderal Energi Baru, Terbarukan dan Konservasi Energi (Ditjen EBTKE) RI.
Kabag LH dan SDA Setda Batanghari, Syaiful SP, kepada media ini berujar, tahun 2019 ada 642 unit bantuan hibah berupa LTSHE yang diberikan kepada masyarakat di kabupaten Batanghari. 642 unit LTSHE tersebut, diberikan kepada masyarakat 13 desa di 4 kecamatan dalam kabupaten Batanghari.
Diantaranya desa Teluk Ketapang, Lubuk Ruso, Pulau Betung dan Tebing Tinggi yang berada di kecamatan Pemayung. Kemudian desa Batu Sawar, Kampung Baru, Sungai Ruan Ilirdan Peninjauan yang berada di kecamatan Maro Sebo Ulu. Dan desa Sungai Baung, Singkawang, Muarabulian (Sebrang) dan Rantau Puri yang berada di kecamatan Muarabulian.
“ Jumlah 642 unit hibah LTSHE itu untuk 13 desa di 4 kecamatan di Batanghari. Jumlah yang diterima itu dari usulan 3.000 unit pada tahun 2018 lalu,” kata Syaiful di Muarabulian, Selasa (29/10/2019).
Dengan adanya program pemasangan LTSHE, Syaiful berharap lampu ini bermanfaat sebagai penerangan mayarakat untuk kegiatan mereka, salah satunya untuk penerangan belajar bagi anak-anak sebelum adanya akses listrik permanen dari PLN.
Syaiful bilang, hibah LTSHE ini merupakan program dari Kementerian ESDM sebagai solusi penerangan dan energi listrik difokuskan bagi perdesaan yang terisolir dan sulit dijangkau jaringan PLN. Komponen terpenting dari LTSHE ini adalah panel surya yang merupakan komponen eletronika yang mengubah energi surya menjadi energi listrik.
“ LTSHE ini berupa panel untuk pembangkit LTS yang dipasang dirumah masing-masing,” ujar Syaiful.
Syaiful juga bilang, untuk satu rumah mendapatkan 4 buah bola lampu dengan total daya 200 watt. Dari program ini, masyarakat dapat menikmati penerangan secara gratis.
“ Status pekerjaan pemasangan 642 unit LTSHE di 13 desa itu, saat ini sudah rampung berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kita kemarin,” kata Syaiful.
Harapan kita bantuan ini mampu meningkatkan elektrifikasi desa yang bersangkutan. Terutama bagi desa desa yang tidak terkena jaringan listrik,” tambahnya.
Syaiful menambahkan, pada tahun 2013 lalu kabupaten Batanghari juga pernah mendapatkan bantuan 4 unit Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) Kumunal dari Kementrian ESDM. Lokasinya berada di dusun Talang Aro desa Aro dan Muaro Singoan, kecamatan Muarabulian. Kemudian di Danau Bangko Dusun Semangkat desa Lubuk Ruso, kecamatan Pemayung dan di desa Batu Sawar, kecamatan maro Sebo Ulu.
“ Untuk satu unit PLTS Kumunal ini bisa melayani 60-100 rumah,” kata Syaiful menutup.(mon )
