BATANGHARINEWS.COM - Sekda kabupaten Batanghari, H. Bakhtiar SP, hadiri sekaligus buka secara resmi Seminar Ikatan Wartawan Online ( IWO ) dengan tema "Peran Media Online Terhadap Pembangunan Daerah dalam rangka HUT Ke-71 Kabupaten Batanghari".
Dalam sambutannya Sekda Batanghari mengatakan, peran media online sangatlah penting bagi semua instansi pemerintah dan masyarakat luas dalam menjalankan roda pemerintah. Insan Pers punya peran untuk mempublikasikan setiap kegiatan - kegiatan pemerintahan khususnya kabupaten Batanghari.
" Bukan pemerintah tapi masyarakat juga bisa menyampaikan aspirasi melalui insan pers dan juga sebaliknya masyarakat bisa mendapat informasi secara cepat, akurat dan terpercaya," kata Sekda.
Sekda juga berpesan kepada insan pers, agar dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada publik tidak menyimpang dari koridor yang telah di tentukan, supaya bagi para pembaca benar benar mendapatkan informasi yang akurat.
" Intinya jangan menyebar berita hoak, sampaikan melalui karya tulis insan pers apa yang sudah menjadi aspirasi masyarakat ataupun pemberitahuan pemerintah terhadap masyarakat luas," tegas Sekda.
Acara tersebut dihadiri Oleh para kepala OPD, LSM, OKP, Perwakilan Mahasiswa serta undangan lainya. Dengan mengahadirkan Narasumber Dari Ketua IWO, AJI, PWI Provinsi Jambi serta menghadirkan moderator Rustam SH, dan Kepala Bapeda kabupaten Batanghari.(*)
