Dua tersangka bandar narkoba beserta barang bukti saat diamankan polisi....
MUARATEBO - Sat Resnarkoba Polres Tebo amankan dua warga desa Teluk Singkawang, kecamatan Sumay, yang diduga bandar Narkoba jenis shabu-shabu. Kedua tersangka ini ditangkap pada Selasa (12/11/2019) malam sekira pukul 22:30 wib.
Kedua tersangka Sadam Husin (28) dan Eko Januar Saputra, warga Rt.13 Desa Teluk Singkawang, kecamatan Sumay, kabupaten Tebo ini ditangkap berdasarkan laporan Polisi LP/A-117/XI/2019/JMB/RES TEBO Tanggal 12 November 2019, Para pelaku ditangkap polisi di rumahnya masing-masing.
Dari laporan Polisi tersebut, Sat Resnarkoba langsung menuju tempat kejadian perkara (TKP) dan melakukan penyelidikan dan ditemukan tersangka bernama Eko Januar Saputra. Kemudian dilakukan penggeledahan badan rumah dan ditemukan Narkoba Jenis Shabu.
Tidak hanya sampai disitu, Sat Resnarkoba langsung melakukan pengembangan kasus. Dan dari hasil introgasi terhadap tersangka Eko, bahwa dirinya tidak seorang diri dalam menjalankan bisnis barang haram ini dan langsung menuju rumah tersangka yang disampaikan Eko.
Takut buruannya kabur, Sat Resnarkoba langsung menuju rumah tersangka. Saat dilakukan penyelidikan, Polisi menemukan tersangka Sadam Husin kemudian langsung diamankan.
Dari tangan kedua tersangka, polisi berhasil menyita sejumlah barang bukti (BB) berupa 1 (satu) paket besar diduga narkotika jenis *shabu seberat bruto 4,74 gram*, 4 (empat) paket sedang diduga narkotika jenis *shabu seberat bruto 3,54 gram), 1 ( satu ) pak kecil plastik klip baru, 1 (satu) buah kotak rokok marlboro warna putih, 1 (satu) buah dompet warna hitam, 1 (satu) unit Hp Vivo O819 warna hitam IMEI 864484047050712 dan
Kapolres Tebo AKBP, Zainal Arrahman melalui Kasat Narkoba IPTU P. Sagala saat dikinfirmasi membenarkan sudah mengamankan dua tersangka yang diduga sebagai bandar Narkoba jenis Shabu.
" Ya, tadi malam kita mengamankan dua orang tersangka atas kepemilikan Narkoba yang disaksikan Kades dan ketua Rt, selanjutnya kedua pelaku mengakui bahwa Shabu tersebut memang miliknya," ujar Kasat.
Saat ini, lanjut Kasat, kedua tersangka dan sejumlah barang bukti yang diamankan sudah dibawa ke Polres Tebo untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan lebih lanjut, "kedua tersangka kita kenakan pasal 114 ayat (2) atau Pasal 112 ayat (2) UU RI nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika," pungkas Kasat. (Zie)
