Tanggul Parit 9 yang sudah runtuh....
TANJAB BARAT - Pegerjaan Tanggul pada peningkatan jalan Parit 9 menuju Pangkal Babu, Desa Tungkal 1, Kecamatan Tungkal Ilir yang menelan anggaran senilai Rp 3,5 miliar yang kerjakan oleh CV. Aisyah Putra Karya kembali menjadi persoalan.
Setelah sebelumnya, pada saat pengerjaan juga menjadi sorotan karena menggunakan alat berat standar atau tidak sesuai dengan yang tertara pada dokumen lelang yaitu alat berat jenis Long Arm sebanyak dua unit.
Kali ini, baru kurang lebih satu minggu selesai dikerjakan, proyek tersebut kembali disoal karena buruknya kualitas hasil kerjaan yang mengakibatkan belasan titik tanggul mengalami kerusakan, mulai dari kerusakan ringan seperti retak-ratak dan longsor pada bagian pinggir tanggul hingga kerusakan berat pada badan tanggul mengalami patah atau jebol hingga puluhan meter.
Pantauan dilapangan pada Selasa (7/1), kualitas hasil pekerjaan tanggul tersebut masih jauh dari harapan warga setempat. Seperti dinelaskan salah satu warga yang ditemui dilokasi pekerjaan, Romandor (40) mengakui jika banyak bagian tanggul yang runtuh.
"Memang banyak bagian yang rusak, apalagi di ujung parit 9 sudah parah rusaknya. Tapi rekanan sebelumnya ada janji mau diperbaiki, tapi sampai sekarang belum juga. Harpan kita segera diperbaikilah, kita warga siap membantu secara manual, jika ada dananya," ungkapnya.
Sementara hal senada terkait kerusakan pada badan tanggul yang baru selesai sekitar seminggu lebih tersebut, juga disampaikan Ketua RT 15 Desa Tungkal 1, Asmadi saat ditemui di Rumahnya, Selasa (7/1).
Bahkan menurut Ketua RT setempat, Rekanan tidak pernah sama sekali berkoordinasi dengannya mulai dari awal pekerjaan hingga selesai.
"Hanya ada yang ngaku konsultannya datang minta tandatangan kalau pekerjaan sudah selesai, itu saja selain itu jujur memang tidak ada," sebut ketua RT.
Terkait pembangunan tanggul dan jalan tersebut, dikatakan ketua RT sebagai warga setempat sangat mendukung, namun rekanan juga harus memperhatikan kualitasnya.
"Kalau kita warga disini bersukur jalan kita dibangun, tapi tetap perhatikan kualitasnya, dengab arti kata jangan asal-asalan," tegas Ketua RT 15.
