BATANGHARINEWS.COM - Konflik Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) kelompok 113 dengan PT. Berkat Sawit Utama (BSU) atau yang dulu dikenal Asiatic Persada masih terjadi.
Baru-baru ini kelompok SAD 113 kembali mendatangi Pemerintah Kabupaten Batanghari, terkait penggusuran oleh pihak perusahaan (PT.BSU-red) yang dianggap arogan dan brutal dilahan yang mereka duduki.
Bahkan kelompok SAD 113 menyampaikan dalam press releasenya, bahwa perusahaan selain brutal dalam melakukan penggusuran juga melakukan tindakan perampasan terhadap barang-barang milik warga Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) kelompok 113.
Kemudian perusahaan PT. BSU dianggap tidak pernah melakukan dialog dengan masyarakat SAD 113,sebelum melakukan tindakan penggusuran. Menurut mereka, ada sekitar 46 tenda SAD yang digusur dengan total kerugian sekitar 96 juta.s
Dan menurut kelompok tersebut, tindakan yang dilakukan oleh pihak perusahaan sudah melecehkan wibawah otoritas pemerintah Republik Indonesia,baik pemerintah Kabupaten Batanghari, DPRD Batanghari dan lembaga lainnya.
Hal ini disampaikan Mahyudin LSM Peduli Bangsa dalam pres release nya kepada media ini pada hari Senin (3/2/2020) kemarin.
Dalam release nya, Mahyudin mengatakan mengutuk tindakan penggusuran yang dilakukan pihak perusahaan terhadap kelompok SAD 113. Mahyudin juga meminta pemerintah harus bertanggung jawab.
"Kami meminta pemerintah untuk memberikan perlindungan dan keselamatan terhadap masyarakat adat SAD Jambi dan petani Jambi, sehingga terhindar dari praktek kekerasan dan kriminalisasi dalam menyelesaikan konflik khususnya agraria," tegas Mahyudin.
Hingga berita ini dipublikasikan pihk PT. BSU belum berhasil dimintai keterangan terkait dugaan penggusuran pondok pondok kelompok SAD 113 di areal PT. BSU.
