"Kemarin kami dari Anggota DPRD Dapil Jaluko melakukan pengecekan, kami lihat tanahnya itu longsor, jadi kami minta dinas PU segera perbaiki," kata Zulkifli.
Dikatakannya, atas temuan tersebut anggota fraksi Gerindra ini berencana akan melaporkan proyek ini ke BPK agar segera di audit. Ia menilai banyak kekurangan dalam pengerjaan proyek pembangunan jembatan ini.
"Kami minta PU Perbaiki itu. Kalau Tidak kita minta BPK audit Proyek Pembangunan jembatan ini," katanya.
Zulkifli bilang, pembangunan jembatan ini dinilainya asal ada saja. Pasalnya, perencanaan yang kurang matang membuat warga harus berhati-hati melewati jembatan ini.
"Warga yang lewat harus berhati hati karna tanahnya bisa saja turun diterjang hujan deras karna tidak ada penyangga, sehingga tanah mudah labil," sebutnya.
Hal senada juga dikatakan oleh anggota DPRD Muaro Jambi dapil jaluko lainnya dari Fraksi PAN, Ulil Amri. Ia juga menilai pembangunan jembatan di Desa Danau Sarang Elang ini terkesan tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan, sehingga kwalitasnya diragukan.
"Jembatan Danau Sarang Elang itu, terkesan tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan, sehingga kwalitasnya diragukan," sebut Ulil Amri.
Sementara itu kepala desa Danau Sarang Elang, Purwanto, ketika dikonfirmasi mengatakan, setelah proyek itu selesai dibangun dirinya sempat kecewa, karna antara batas tanah dan jembatan yang dibangun tanahnya turun kebawa, sehingga warga kesulitan melewati nya.
"Proyek itu bukan asal jadi, cuma timbunan balok injak yang kurang padat, sehingga warga kita kesulitan melewati nya, tapi sekarang sudah diperbaiki. Harapan saya kedepan, bangunlah sesuai dengan RAB, agar hasilnya benar-benar maksimal," puntanya.
Sementara itu Kepala Bidang Bina Marga Dinas PUPR Muarojambi, Taufiq melalui staf nya Alimudin mengatakan, timbunan tanah nya memang sempat turun kebawah, namun pada tanggal 22 Januari 2020 kemarin sudah diperbaiki, dan saat ini jembatan sudah bisa dilewati.
"Itu ada sayapnya ada dibuat juga, yang terjadi adalah penurunan saat itu, dan sudah diperbaiki tanggal 22 kemaren dengan karung dan pasangan cerucuk kayu," akunya.
Penyangga tanah yang menahan agar tidak turun dibuat dengan seadanya 'hanya dipagari karung dan kayu cerucuk' kondisi ini diyakini warga tidak akan berlangsung lama, ketika hujan deras dan kayu penyangga lapuk maka tanah akan kembali longsor kebawah, warga berharap agar kondisi tersebut dapat jadi perhatian kedepannya.
