MUARABULIAN - Persoalan subtansi calon pengawas (Cawas) sekolah di kabupaten Batanghari yang tidak memiliki sertifikat calon pengawas belum terselesaikan. Mengingat sudah memasuki bulan kedua tahun 2020, kegiatan seleksi cawas belum juga dimulai Dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan kabupaten Batanghari.

Hal ini jika tidak diambil langkah cepat  untuk  mulai melaksanakan kegiatan cawas ini, pengawas sekolah ini terancam menjadi korban tidak mendapatkan lagi tunjangan sertifikasi tahun 2020 ini.

Salah satu pengawas di kantor Disdikbud Batanghari, Budi Cahyono mengkhawatirkan jika tidak cepat, sembilan pengawas yang baru dilatik beberapa waktu lalu tidak bisa mendapat sertifikasi lagi.

Ia mengatakan, Pada bidang Guru dan Ketanaga Kependidikan Disdikbud Batanghari saat ini masih dalam tahap merekrut calon pengawas dan belum bisa mengambil langkah cepat. Dikarenakan, Dipa untuk kegiatan Dibidang GTK Batanghari belum turun.

“Bagaimana bidang ini untuk melaksanakan kegiatan seleksi cawas ini, jika anggaran dan yang bertanggung jawab kegiatan ini belum jelas,” ujarnya, Selasa (25/02/2020) kemarin.

Berkaitan dengan keterlambatan ini, proses cawas ini tidak sebentar. Mulai dari seleksi administrasi, pemberkasan terus dilanjutkan dengan diklat. " Nah waktu inikan butuh waktu 171 jam berkisar kurang lebih tiga bulan," cetusnya.

Budi selaku pengawas yang belum memiliki sertifikat cawas, mengeluhkan jika prosesnya ini belum dimulai sembilan pengawas ini menjadi korban tidak mendapat sertifikasi lagi.

Sejak triwulan ke IV 2019 lalu sembilan pengawas ini tidak mendapat sertifikasi. Memang di tahun 2020 ini belum disalurkan sertifikasinya, namun jika sembilan pengawas tidak mendapat nomor cawas, pengawas ini tidak masuk ke simtendik, maka triwulan pertama 2020 ini SK dirjennya tidak keluar. " Otomatis, sembilan pengawas tidak mendapat sertifikasi lagi kalau begitu," cetusnya.

Intinya proses untuk mendapat seritifkat cawas ini cukup panjang. Belum lagi bidang GTK akan mengusulkan lagi ke LP2KS meminta jadwal kegiatan.

“Harapan kami pemangku kebijakan agar kegiatan di disdikbud Batanghari ini secepatnya dapat berjalan, karena sebagai penunjang pengawasan yang telah di SK oleh Bupati lansung,” tukasnya.

Terpisah Kabid GTK Disdikbud Batanghari Yaakin, S.Pd mengatakan, saat ini prosesnya ada 27 pengawas yang akan di ikut sertakan dalam cawas. Terdiri pengawas PAUD tiga, 17 pengawas SD dan delapan pengawas SMP.

Untuk anggaran sendiri disediakan dari APBD murni 2020. Namun kegiatan ini belum bisa dilaksanakan dikarenakan, DIPA dan SK PPTK kegiatan disdikbud Batanghari tak kunjung turun.

Berkaitan hal itu Kadisdikbud Batanghari, Agung Wihadi, dikonfirmasi via whatsapp pribadinya belum bisa menjawab. “Belum bisa jawab, karena dipa masih di bakeuda,” kata Kadisdikbud Batanghari.
