JAKARTA - PetroChina International Jabung Ltd. menjadi salah satu perusahaan migas pertama di Indonesia yang memperoleh sertifikat Sistem Manajemen Anti Penyuapan ISO 37001: 2016 ABMS (Anti-Bribery Management System).
Pada hari Selasa, tanggal 25 Februari 2020, Direktur Utama PT Mutuagung Lestari Arifin Lambaga menyerahkan sertifikat ini kepada Presiden PetroChina Nie Changmou di Jakarta. PT Mutuagung Lestari, anggota Komite Akreditasi Nasional, secara resmi menerbitkan sertifikat ini pada tanggal 15 Desember 2019.
Lead Auditor SKK Migas Indra Gunawan dan anggota Dewan Etik Indonesian Petroleum Association (IPA) turut hadir di acara penyerahan sertifikat.
Sertifikat ini menegaskan bahwa PetroChina Jabung telah memenuhi seluruh persyaratan terkait eksplorasi dan eksploitasi minyak dan gas bumi yang tertuang di dalam ISO 37001: 2016.
Nie menyebutkan bahwa sertifikat ini menunjukkan komitmen tinggi PetroChina terhadap pelaksanaan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik.
“Sertifikat ini adalah landasan dan pedoman bagi kita dalam menerapkan sistem manajemen anti-penyuapan,” katanya.
Sertifikat ini juga memberikan keyakinan bagi manajemen perusahaan, karyawan, perusahaan mitra dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya bahwa PetroChina telah mengambil langkah-langkah yang diperlukan dalam pencegahan resiko penyuapan. “Sertifikat ini adalah bukti langkah nyata perusahaan kita dalam mencegah tindak pidana penyuapan,” jelas Nie.
Satuan tugas PetroChina di kantor Jakarta dan Jabung, yang dipimpin oleh Finance Control and Compliance Department, menyiapkan implementasi sertifikat ISO37001:2016 ABMS sejak bulan Mei 2019. Tim ini bekerja cepat untuk mengembangkan manual, petunjuk dan prosedur ISO 37001:2016 ABMS.
“Kami memasang target untuk memperoleh sertifikasi ISO 37001:2016 ABMS pada akhir 2019. Kami memahami bahwa ini adalah target yang sangat ambisius. Keberhasilan ini adalah hasil dari komitmen dan kerja keras seluruh anggota tim,” ujar Nie.
Dalam sambutannya, Indra mengucapkan selamat bagi PetroChina. Ia menjelaskan bahwa sertifikasi ini adalah bagian dari upaya pembenahan tata kelola di subsektor hulu migas. “Ini akan mendorong industri hulu migas untuk menjadi lebih bersih dan akuntabel. Dengan mencegah korupsi, penyuapan dan penipuan atau fraud, kita dapat fokus bekerja untuk mencapai target-target,” jelasnya.
Sementara itu, Arifin menyampaikan bahwa sertifikasi ISO 37001:2016 adalah langkah nyata mencegah penyuapan dan kejahatan korporasi lainnya.
“Langkah yang diambil pimpinan dan manajemen PetroChina Jabung patut diapresiasi dan diikuti oleh perusahaan lain. Indonesia, yang saat ini menjadi sorotan dunia sebagai tujuan investasi dan pengembangan usaha, terus berupaya membangun kepercayaan internasional. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia adalah negara yang serius memerangi korupsi maupun kejahatan korporasi lainnya,”ujarnya.
Sertifikat ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System ini berlaku hingga 15 Desember 2022.
