Romi Hariyanto S.E., Kepala Perwakilan SKK Migas Sumbagsel Adiyanto Agus Handoyo, Vice President Human Resources and Relations PetroChina Dencio Renato Boele, Manajer Senior Hubungan Kelembagaan SKK Migas Pusat Syafei, Kepala Humas SKK Migas Sumbagsel Andi Arie dan Field Manager PetroChina Jabung Arif H. Suseno.
Turut hadir pula dalam acara ini Wakil Bupati TJT H. Robby Nahliansyah, SH, Ketua DPRD TJT Mahrup, Kapolres TJT AKBP Deden Nur Hidayatullah, Dandim 0419 TJT Letkol Inf. Erwan Susanto, beserta pejabat-pejabat lain dan perwakilan organisasi perangkat daerah.
Penyerahan program CSR oleh PetroChina ini adalah wujud kepedulian serta partisipasi SKK Migas – PetroChina International Jabung Ltd. terhadap pengembangan masyarakat provinsi Jambi, terutama di Kabupaten TJT.
Program CSR yang diserahterimakan pada acara tersebut adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Pembangunan Perpustakaan Desa Pandan Makmur
2. Pembangunan Perpustakaan Kelurahan Simpang Tuan
3. Optimalisasi program pengembangan pupuk organik Integrasi Sapi-Sawit di Desa Pandan Sejahtera
4. Pengembangan budidaya maggot di Desa Pandan Sejahtera
5. Renovasi PAUD Cinta Ilmu Kelurahan Pandan Jaya
6. Renovasi PAUD Restu Bunda Kelurahan Rano
7. Pengembangan Koperasi Syariah Srikandi Sukses Bersama Kecamatan Geragai
8. Pelatihan dan bantuan mesin bordir untuk komunitas di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur
9. Pelatihan dan penyediaan alat membatik teknik pewarna alami di Desa Pemusiran
10. Pemberian Beasiswa untuk Siswa Miskin dan Siswa Berprestasi Serta Bantuan Peningkatan Mutu Tenaga Pendidik untuk Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur
11. Fasilitas filtrasi air bersih reverse osmosis Desa Sinar Wajo
12. Dukungan launching program GERMAS
13. Pengembangan desa tanggap bencana di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur (Desa Pandan Makmur, Dea Pandan Lagan dan Desa Pematang Rahim)
14. Peningkatan sanitasi dan fasilitas kebersihan untuk SMPN 21 Tanjung Jabung Timur
15. Pembangunan 8 unit tempat pembuangan sampah (TPS) di Kecamatan Geragai dan Kecamatan Muara Sabak Barat
16. Pendampingan & pelatihan pasca panen kopi Liberika di Desa Mendahara Tengah:
o Mesin Sangrai Kopi (Roaster)
o Mesin Pengupas Buah Kopi (Pulper)
o Mesin Pengupas Kulit Kopi (Huller)

Menurut Dencio, bantuan-bantuan ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pembangunan yang berkelanjutan di Tanjung Jabung Timur. “Kami menyadari, ini hanya sebuah langkah kecil untuk memajukan literasi dan mendukung pembangunan manusia di Tanjung Jabung Timur,” ujarnya. “Namun, kami berharap bahwa peran PetroChina dalam pembangunan akan terus berkembang dari tahun ke tahun.”

Adiyanto menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara pemerintah daerah, perusahaan, dan badan usaha lainnya. “Program-program ini juga merupakan suatu bentuk kontribusi kegiatan hulu migas terhadap pemerintah, daerah, dan juga masyarakat. Membangun masyarakat bukan hanya tanggung jawab pemerintah daerah semata, tetapi juga merupakan hasil sinergi antara perangkat daerah, perusahaan dan badan usaha lainnya,” ujarnya.

Bupati Romi menyampaikan pentingnya peran serta badan usaha dalam pembangunan kabupaten. “Kita tidak mungkin bisa bekerja sendirian dalam membangun Tanjung Jabung Timur,” jelasnya. Romi mengharapkan SKK Migas – PetroChina dapat berbuat lebih untuk masyarakat, khususnya dalam hal infrastruktur.

PetroChina International Jabung Ltd. merupakan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) dan operator Blok Jabung di bawah pengawasan dan pengendalian SKK Migas. Dalam mengelola Blok Jabung, PetroChina bermitra dengan Pertamina dan Petronas Carigali. Selain menjadi operator Blok Jabung di Jambi, PetroChina juga sebagai operator Blok Bangko di Jambi dan bekerjasama dengan Pertamina melalui Joint Operating Body Pertamina-PetroChina Salawati (JOB PPS) dalam pengelolaan Blok Kepala Burung-Salawati Island.
