MUARABULIAN - Sekretaris Daerah kabupaten Batanghari, H. Bakhtiar, SP secara langsung menyambut kunjungan kerja (Kunker) Deputi Rehabilitasi dan Rekonstruksi Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) Republik Indonesia, Ir. Rifa'i, M.B.A ke Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Batanghari, Senin (9/3/2020).
Kunker Deputi Rehabilitasi dan Rekonstruksi BNPB RI ke Batanghari ini, dalam rangka pemantauan perencanaan kesiapan pelaksanaan pembangunan jembatan penghubung antar desa di desa Singkawang, keamatan Bajubang, kabupaten Batanghari.
Deputi Rehabilitasi dan Rekonstruksi BNPB RI, Ir. Rifai dalam kesempatan itu mengaku, dirinya sengaja hadir untuk melihat langsung kondisi jembatan yang akan di bangun di desa Singkawang.
Dimana untuk Provinsi Jambi mendapatkan dana hibah dari BNPB RI sebesar Rp 36,9 miliar. Dana tersebut diperuntukkan untuk Kota Sungai Penuh, kabupaten Batanghari, kabupaten Sarolangun dan kabupaten Merangin.
“Saya bermaksud untuk melihat langsung seberapa jauh kesiapan daerah dalam pelaksanaannya nanti. Saya juga menyambut baik kesiapan Pemda Batanghari guna mempercepat pembangunan ini,” ujarnya.
Rifa'i juga berujar, hal ini dilakukan untuk mengantisipasi bencana banjir yang berkemungkinan terjadi pada bulan April nanti. Selain itu guna menghindari terjadinya Kebakaran Hutan dan Lahan (Karhutla), pada kemarau nanti agar kegiatan tidak terganggu pelaksanaannya," tuturnya.
Sementara itu Sekda Batanghari, H. Bakhtiar, SP yang turut mendampingi Deputi Rehabilitasi dan Rekonstruksi BNPB RI mengaku, pemda Batanghari sangat berterimakasih atas bantuan dari BNPB RI, yang telah membantu Batanghari, atas perencananaan pembangunan jembatan yang akan di bangun di desa Singkawang.
“Saya sangat bersyukur, karena dalam hal pembangunan jembatan ini sangat berguna bagi masyarakat umum, baik itu akses perjalanan untuk anak sekolah, kendaraan bermotor dan memudahkan masyarakat untuk menuju desa yang satu ke desa lainnya," kata Sekda.
Sekda bilang, pembangunan jembatan penghubung di desa Singkawang nanti, tentunya akan memudahkan warga untuk beraktivitas menuju ke desa tetangga .
Dimana ada lima desa, yaitu desa Singkawang, Kelurahan Sridadi, desa Terentang, desa Jangga Baru dan desa Bulian Baru.
“Saya berharap jembatan ini sebelum bulan Desember 2020 sudah dapat di pergunakan masyarakat,” harapnya.
