MERANGIN - Abu Bakar terpilih sebagai Ketua DPC Asosiasi Pemerintahan Desa Seluruh Indonesia (Apdesi) Kabupaten Merangin hingga tahun 2022.

Abu Bakar yang akrab dipanggil bang Acang sehari-harinya adalah Kepala Desa Mentawak, Kecamatan Nalo Tantan ini berhasil meraih suara 74 pemilih, sedangkan  Anton Prasetyo Kepala Desa Tanjung Mudo, Kecamatan Jangkat Timur meraih 25 suara pemilih, sementara Sam Can Indra Kepala Desa Muara Kibul, Kecamatan Tabir Barat hanya meraih 24 suara.

Pemilihan Ketua Apdasi Merangin ini dikuti Kepala Desa se Kabupaten Merangin, dihadiri Asisiten I Setda Merangin Abdul Gani, Ketua DPD Apdasi Provinsi Jambi Syamsul Fuad,  berlangsung di aula rumah Dinas Bupati Merangin, Kamis (19/3/20).

Bupati Merangin, Al Haris sangat mengapresiasi pemilihan Ketua Apdasi Merangin, apalagi saat ini ketua Apdasi Merangin, Syamsul Fuad telah mengundurkan diri karena terpilih sebagai Ketua DPD Apdasi Provinsi Jambi.

Menurut Bupati Merangin, Al Haris, Apdesi kedepan dapat lebih membantu tugas-tugas pemerintah Kabupaten, apalagi yang menyangkut dengan desa masing-masing.

“Apdesi dapat mempercepat pembangunan di desa dan membantu tugas-tugas pemerintah supaya proses pembangunan lebih cepat. Apalagi menyangkut persoalan di desa masing-masing," kata  Bupati.

Apdesi boleh menggangarkan untuk bantuan hukum jika anggotanya terjerat hukum. Dan saling mengingatkan anggotanya yang salah dalam menjalankan tugas.

“Apdesi boleh amnggangarkan untuk bantuan hukum bagi anggotanya bermasalah, dan juga mengingatkan jika ada angotanya yang salah, jangan biarkan jika ada anggota yang salah," tandas Bupati.
