MUARABULIAN – Jumlah Orang Dalam Pemantauan (ODP) Virus Covid-19 di kabupaten Batanghari terus berkurang. Data yang diperoleh media ini menyebutkan, hingga Senin (30/3/2020) kemarin, status 99 ODP di Batanghari sudah selesai pemantauan atau bisa dibilang sehat.
Sementara 171 orang masih dalam pemantauan. “Bervariasi, ada yang mau selesai, ada juga yang baru,” ujar Kepala Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) kabupaten Batanghari, dr Elfie Yennie pada Selasa (31/3/2020).
Elfie Yennie bilang, ada lima hal penting dalam pencegahana terhadapa Covid-19, pertama sering cuci tangan pakai sabun, bekerja, belajar dan beribadah di rumha, jaga jarak dan hindari kerumunan, tidak berjabat tangan dan pakai masker bila sakit atau harus berada di tempat umum.

Sebelumnya Elfie Yennie pernah menjelaskan, ODP ini yang memenuhi kriteria pertama apakah seseorang itu punya riwayat kontak dengan penderita yang terkonfirmasi positif atau dia berkunjung ke sebuah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang di situ ada pasien yang terkonfirmasi positif. Kemudian kriteria yang kedua adalah, bilamana seseorang merasakan keluhan seperti demam, batuk, pilek dan kemudian ada riwayat seseorang itu baru pulang dari daerah terjangkit, maka itu bisa kita kategorikan ODP juga.
Untuk ODP ini sendiri, diakui Elfi Yennie penanganannya adalah yang pertama mereka harus melapor dengan pasilitas kesehatan (Paskes) terdekat. “Mereka boleh melapor lewat telepon, nanti kita yang akan tindaklanjuti kelapangan,” terang Elfi Yennie.
Kemudian, lajut Elfie Yennie, ODP ini harus melakukan isolasi rumah minimal selama 14 hari, dan selama isolasi tersebut akan dipantau oleh petugas kita dari puskesmas, dan berikutnya jika selama 14 hari itu yang bersangkutan tidak ada keluhan apa-apa, berarti kita nyatakan dia selesai ODP atau bisa dibilang sehat. Akan tetapi misalnya di dalam pemantauan itu ada gejala yang buruk, misalnya ada terjadi sesak napas, itu akan dialukukan penilaian ulang, bisa jadi yang bersangkutan akan naik tingkat dari ODP menjadi ke status Pasien Dalam Pengawasan (PDP). Kalau sudah PDP, kata Elfie, maka yang bersangkutan harus dirujuk ke rumah sakit.
Elfi Yennie juga mengakui, bahwa rata-rata ODP di Batanghari stabil dan tidak ada yang naik tingkat dari ODP ke PDP. Dari ODP yang ada sekarang, Elfi Yennie bilang, bermacam-macam, kebanyakan mereka baru pulang tugas atau pejalanan tugas dari luar daerah, ada juga yang baru pulang umroh dan ada juga masyarakat umum yang baru dari perjalanan dari daerah yang berkemungkinan untuk urusan keluarga atau anak yang baru pulang ke rumah dari luar daerah.
“Rata-rata kita hampir setiap kecamatan ada ODP, karena ini memang salah satu cara strategi kita dalam pengamatan penyakit secara terus menerus. Ini maskudnya adalah untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan, karena ODP ini sebenanya penilaian awal apakah nanti seseorang ini yang kemungkinan bisa menjadi sumber penularan,” ujarnya.
“Namun saya harapkan masyarakat jangan salah memahami ini, jangan kemudian data ODP ini kemudian nanti menimbulkan keresahan,” tambah Elfie.
Elfie Yennie juga menjelaskan, bahwa meskipun ODP ini selesai pemantauan selama 14 hari itu, bukan berarti sama sekali dia dijamin dia bukan Covid-19, tetapi sebenarnya selesai 14 hari itu artinya selesai masa pemantauan, karena itu tahap awal dan kita bisa katakan ODP sementara stabil, namun kita tetap waspada.
Yang perlu harus kita waspadai adalah, bilamana setelah itu nanti ada keluhan lagi, kita harapkan meskipun ODP ini sudah selesai pemantauan diharapkan di untuk melapor kembali ke petugas yang ada,” ujarnya.
