MERANGIN - Untuk mengurangi dampak negatif dari pandemi Covid-19 di Merangin, relawan Covid-19 Merangin terus menyalurkan bantuan kepada warga Merangin yang dinilai sangat membutuhkan. Bantuan yang telah disalurkan relawan Covid-19 Merangin merupakan titipan dari dinas instansi, partai politik, pengusaha maupun perorangan. Pagi ini Selasa (12/05/2020) posko relawan Covid 19 yang digagas oleh Persatuan Wartawan Merangin (PWM) kembali menerima titipan bantuan beras dari Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PU-PR) Merangin sebanyak 30 karung. Bantuan tersebut diserahkan langsung Kepala Dinas PU-PR, H. Aspan, ST didampingi Kepala Bidang (Kabid) Sumber Daya Air (SDA) Junaidi. Penyerahan bantuan berlangsung di Sekretariat Dinas PU-PR Merangin, diterima oleh Ketua Posko Relawan Covid-19 Merangin Andi Putra. H. Aspan usai penyerahan bantuan mengatakan, semoga bantuan tersebut bermanfaat dan dapat membantu meringankan beban masyarakat yang terkena dampak wabah Covid-19. “Ini adalah suatu bantuan kepedulian kita terhadap sesama, terutama bagi saudara-saudara kita yang terdampak oleh wabah ini (Covid-19), semoga bantuan ini dapat membantu meringankan beban masyarakat," kata Aspan Kadis PU-PR Merangin. Sementara Ketua Posko Covid-19 Merangin, Andi Putra usai menerima bantuan beras dari Dinas PU-PR mengapresiasi Kepala Dinas PU-PR Merangin, H. Aspan yang telah menyalurkan bantuan melalui Posko Covid-19 Merangin. “Alhamdulillah, hari ini kita terima bantuan dari Dinas PU-PR, dan insya Allah bantuan ini akan kita salurkan kepada masyarakat yang benar-benar membutuhkan, dan semoga ini menjadi amal ibadah kita bersama," ucap Andi Putra. Sebelumnya, relawan Covid-19 Merangin sejauh telah menyalurkan berbagai bentuk bantuan dari para donatur, baik itu berbentuk sembako, sabun, handsanitizer, vitamin, masker dan lain sebagainya.
