MUAROJAMBI - Alih-alih hendak berbuat baik kepada teman yang baru di kenal selama dua hari, Hasbi dan Hengki malah nyaris kehilangan sepeda motor miliknya. Pasalnya, teman baru mereka itu ternya berniat hendak merampas motor korban. Kejadian ini terjadi di daerah pal 13 Kecamatan Mestong, kabupaten Muaro Jambi, pada Selasa malam (19/05/20).
Kejadian ini berawal ketika Hasbi dan Hengki di telpon oleh pelaku yang bernama Ahmad Riduan (29), yang mintak di jemput di daerah bertam, kemudian mereka bertiga pergi bersama dengan satu motor. Sesampainya di SPBU pal 13 pelaku mengajak kedua korban untuk mengisi bahan bakar, saat kedua korban turun dari motor pelaku langsung berusaha melarikan motor milik korban.
"Awalnya kami sempat curiga dengan pelaku, dan minta kami turun di pall 13 dan sempat pelaku tersebut ajak kami isi bensin di SPBU pall 13. Ketika kami mau turun, disitulah pelaku mau melariakan motor kami," sebut Hasbi.
Melihat pelaku berusaha melarikan motor, korban Hengki berusaha mengejar dan menahan pelaku, namun pelaku tetap berusaha kabur hingga korban Hengki ikut terseret cukup jauh, sehingga menyebabkan korban mengalami luka pada bagian tangan dan kakinya.
"Kami baru dua hari kenal dengan pelaku, belum begitu dekat, bahkan nama asli pelaku juga belum tau. Biasanya pelaku sering dipanggil black, ngakunya tinggal dibertam di RT 11," jelasnya.
Setelah kejadian tersebut, pelaku berhasil diamankan oleh warga setempat, dan saat ini pelaku sudah diamankan oleh pihak kepolisian.
Dikatakan Kapolsek Mestong,
"Barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan yaitu Satu Unit sepeda motor Merk Scoopy Warna Merah Hitam BH 6322 ZN dengan Nomor Rangka MH1JM3112HK355893 dan Nomor Mesin JM31E-1355920, 1 Lembar STNK SPM Merk Scoopy Warna Merah Hitam BH 6322 ZN dengan Nomor Rangka MH1JM3112HK355893 dan Nomor Mesin JM31E-1355920, untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya pelaku di jerat dengan pasal 365 KUHP," tutupnya.
