TANJAB BARAT - Disaat anggaran kegiatan seluruh OPD dipangkas dan dialihkan kepada penanganan dan pencegahan covid-19, Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanjab Barat melalui Dinas Perkim malah mengagarkan dana miliaran rupiah menggunakan dana APBD untuk pembangunan WC di arena MTQ Parit VII Kualatungkal.
Hal tersebut dikatakan ketua Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat Laskar Pengawal Negeri (LSM LAPEN), Erwinsyah.
"Kita tidak mengerti aturan yang dilalukan pemkab ini, semua kegiatan di pending dulu dengan alasan dananya di alihkan untuk penaganan covid-19, tapi kenyataanya masih ada pekerjaan yang kita nilai tidak skala prioritas lolos di laksanakan. Salah satunya seperti pekerjaan pembangunan WC di arena MTQ kualatungkal ini dananya juga cukup fantastik yang mencapai Rp 1,2 Miliar tercatat untuk sarana pembangunan erena MTQ," ungkapnya.
Pemkab seharusnya komitmen dengan aturan lebih teliti dalam pengunaan anggaran APBD, apalagi saat ini kondisi daerah sedang mengalami musibah pandemi covid-19.
"Pembangunan WC yang bernilai miliaran tersebut terkesan hanya menghamburkan uang saja, padahal masih banyak pekerjaan di daerah Tanjabbarat yang belum menyentuh lansung ke masyarakat," ujarnya.
Dia juga mempertanyakan seperti apa item-item pembangunan WC senilai miliaran rupiah tersebut.
Sementara itu, Plt Kadis Perkim Tanjabbar, Sucipto Hamonangan diupayakan dihubungi melalui ponselnya belum berhasil dimintai tanggapannya terkait proyek tersebut.
