BATANGHARINEWS.COM - Bertempat di ruang Banggar Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) kabupaten Batanghari pada Rabu (17/6/2020) menggelar Hearing bersama pihak PT. PLN Rayon Muarabulian.
Hearing ini dilakukan terkait adanya keluhan masyarakat kabupaten Batanghari tentang pelayanan yang dinilai kurang memuaskan, karena seringnya mati lampu dan tingginya tagihan listrik pelanggan.
Wakil Ketua Komisi 1 DPRD Batanghari, Adison menuturkan, dalam hearing tersebut DPRD Batanghari mempertanyakan tentang keluhan yang disampaikan masyarakat karena seringnya mati lampu kepada pihak PLN.
"Intinyo tadi DPRD mempertanyokan tentang keluhan yang disampaikan masyarakat karena seringnya mati lampu," kata Adison melalui pesan WhatsApp pada Rabu (17/6/2020).
Adison bilang, menurut keterangan pihak PLN Muarabulian matinya lampu murni akibat gangguan faktor non teknis, contohnya disambar petir, adanya kayu yang roboh. Kemudian adanya hewan, seperti monyet yang tergantung dikabel listrik sehingga berakibat matinya arus listrik tersebut.
"Jawaban pihak PLN tadi katonyo itu murni ado gangguan faktor non teknis, contohnyo disambar petir, adonyo kayu yang roboh, trus ado hewan seperti monyet yang tergantung dikabel itu. Itulah faktor yang menyebabkan matinyo lampu dan itu butuh perbaikan," ujar Adison.
Dengan klarifikasi dari pihak PLN tersebut, Adison mengaku sedikit memahami hal tersebut, akan tetapi DPRD belum merasa puas dengan apa yang disampaikan pihak PLN tersebut.
"Kito sedikit memahami itu, tapi kito tetap tidak puas dengan alasan/jawaban dari pihak PLN," kata Adison.
Menanggapi hal itu, kata Adison, DPR Batanghari meminta solusi konkrit dalam masalah ini, karena ini kebutuhan hajat hidup orang banyak.
"Kito minta pihak PLN kerja maksimal menyikapi hal ini. Terkait sosialisasi kepada masyarakat kita DPR siap membantu," tegas Adison menutup.
