MUAROJAMBI - Dugaan penyalahgunaan Dana Desa tahun anggaran 2019/2020 beberapa waktu lalu, atas laporan warga desa Penyengat Olak, Kecamatan Jaluko, Kabupaten Muarojambi berlanjut.
Jumat (3/7/2020) giliran mantan Kades Penyengat Olak Periode (2013-2019) diperiksa oleh Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Muarojambi.
Seperti diberitakan sebelumnya terkait penyalahgunaan dana desa yang terjadi di desa Penyengat Olak, Kades aktif saat ini telah diperiksa Kejari Muarojambi pada Rabu lalu.
"Benar hari ini kita telah melakukan pemanggilan terhadap mantan kades Penyengat Olak. Itu kan ada dua orang pemanggilan lanjutan terkait laporan warga masyarakat desa penyengat olak yang dilaporkan beberapa waktu lalu," sebut Kasat Intel Kejari Muarojambi, Anggi Angga Anggalat.
Dikatakannya pula, kedua orang yang dipanggil hari ini jumat 03 Juli 2020, ialah mantan Kades Penyengat Olak berinisial U, dan satu orang Lagi Tim Teknis Kecamatan.
"Keduanya kita tanyakan terkait dengan kegiatan di 2019, pada intinya untuk kegiatan fisiknya ada, namun kita belum bisa menyimpulkan apakah nilai fisik yang dikerjakan itu apakah sudah sesuai RAB atau Belum, karna kami belum uji lapangan," ujarnya.
Kasat Intel Kejari Muarojambi mengakui ada temuan di sana, hanya saja pihaknya belum bisa memastikan nilai kerugiannya. Dalam waktu dekat ini pihaknya akan melakukan cek lapangan bersama Tim Ahli. "Kalau temuan pasti ada, kita akan cek kelapangan bersama tim ahli," katanya.
Lebih lanjut dirinya mengatakan, sejauh ini pihak Kejari Muarojambi sudah memanggil 5 orang untuk dimintai keterangannya. Mereka adalah Rutomi Kades saat ini, Rozi Sekdes aktif, dan mantan Kades periode 2013 2019 berinisial U, Tim Tekhnis Kecamatan dan Pelapor.
