MERANGIN - Pemerintah Kabupaten Merangin sedang merevisi enam Peraturan Daerah (Perda) yang sudah tidak relevan, untuk disesuaikan dengan kondisi yang terjadi sekarang ini.
Hal ini ditegaskan Bupati Merangin, H. Al Haris, usai Paripurna ketiga DPRD Merangin, penyampaian pandangan umum fraksi-fraksi Dewan dan penyampaian jawaban Pemerintah terhadap enam Ranperda yang diajukan, Senin (13/7).
‘’Jadi ada enam Perda yang kita evaluasi, seperti  Ranperda tentang pendirian BUMD PT Merangin Bima Tama (Perseroda), Ranperda tentang Penambahan penyertaan modalnya,’’ ujar Bupati didampingi Wabup H. Mashuri.
Selain itu lanjut bupati, ada Ranperda tentang Perubahan kedua atas Perda nomor 04 tahun 2010 tentang Penyertaan Modal pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Merangin.
‘’Ranperda tentang Perubahan Atas Perda nomor 01 tahun 2013 tentang Retribusi Pelayanan Tera/Tera Ulang, juga kita ajukan sebagai revisi dari Perda sebelumnya,’’ terang Bupati.
Diakui bupati, sekarang ini banyak para pedagang di pasar-pasar yang tidak melakukan tera ulang pada timbangannya, sehingga merugikan konsumen. Pemda juga jadi tidak mendapatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dari tera ulang itu.
Melalui evaluasi Perda itu lanjut bupati, Pemerintah bisa mengawasi jalannya Perda dan masyarakat juga jadi paham terhadap perubahan aturan daerah yang dilakukan.
Untuk diketahui keenam Perda yang direvisi itu selengkapnya, Ranpeda tentang pendirian BUMD PT Merangin Bima Tama (Perseroda), Ranperda tentang Penambahan penyertaan modal Pemerintah Daerah pada PT Merangin Bima Tama (Perseroda).
Ada juga, Ranperda tentang Perubahan kedua atas Perda nomor 04 tahun 2010 tentang Penyertaan Modal pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Merangin, Ranperda tentang Perubahan Atas Perda nomor 01 tahun 2013 tentang Retribusi Pelayanan Tera/Tera Ulang.
Selanjutnya, Ranperda tentang retribusi tempat rekreasi dan olahraga dan Ranperda tentang Pencabutan Perda nomor 05 tahun 2011 tentang retribusi pelayanan kesehatan pada RSD Kol Abundjani Bangko.
Tidak hanya itu, pada paripurna tersebut DPRD Merangin juga menyampaikan dua Ranperda inisiatif DPRD Merangin 2020 yang dianggap sangat penting dibahas menjadi Perda.
Kedua Ranperda inisiatif Dewan itu, Ranperda tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak dari Tindakan Kekerasan, serta Ranperda tentang Perlindungan Produk Unggulan Daerah.
