MUAROJAMBI - Serikat Media Siber Indonesia (SMSI) Kabupaten Muarojambi sangat menyayangkan dengan adanya kabar yang menyebutkan bahwa adanya oknum Kepala Sekolah di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi yang diduga sempat menghina profesi wartawan.
Hal ini disampaikan oleh sekertaris SMSI Kabupaten Muarojambi, Sudir Putra atau yang akrab disapa Dogel pada Kamis (10/09/20). Dikatakannya, apabila benar tindakan yang dilakukan oknum Kepsek tersebut telah menghina profesi wartawan.
Menurutnya, segala bentuk penghinaan atau pelecehan terhadap profesi, termasuk profesi jurnalis-wartawan, menurut Undang-Undang manapun tidak akan dibenarkan.
"Jika memang benar Oknum Kepsek tersebut mengeluarkan kata kata yang menjelek-jelekkan profesi wartawan, maka hal tersebut sangat disayangkan dan perlu di konfrontir kembali apa maksud ucapannya tersebut," ujarnya.
Oleh karena itu, Sudir meminta Oknum Kepsek tersebut meminta maaf atas apa yang telah diucapkannya dan mengakui kekeliruan perbuatannya. "Ia seorang Kepsek yang sangat terpelajar seharusnya bisa menjaga lisan dan perilaku dengan baik, terlebih Ia adalah seorang Guru yang harusnya menjadi teladan bagi orang lain, jadi kami sangat menyanyangkan ucapan yang dikeluarkannya tersebut," imbuh Dogel.
Untuk diketahui bahwa Oknum Kepsek ini mengeluarkan kata yang dianggap menghina profesi wartawan saat dirinya tengah dikonfirmasi mengenai Isu Pungutan liar yang dilakukan oleh dirinya kepada seluruh murid di sekolah tersebut. Mungkin saat dikonfirmasi Ia tak senang maka dengan arogan langsung mengeluarkan kata kata penghinaan tersebut.
