BATANGHARINEWS.COM - Senin 26 Oktober 2020 kemarin, menjelang milad (ulang tahun) Bank Syariah Mandiri (Mandiri Syariah) pada 1 November 2020, Mandiri Syariah Area Jambi menggelar program BSM Mengalirkan Berkah (BMB) dengan menyerahkan bantuan berupa dana total sebesar Rp20jt kepada 4 Masjid yang berada di kecamatan Muara Tembesi Batanghari, Jambi.
Bantuan diserahkan oleh Area Manager Jambi, Ari Yusnairy Muslim kepada Ketua Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid Nurul Hikmah, Masjid Mikrojul Fallah, Masjid Kasful Iman dan Mushollah Al Mizan di kecamatan Muaratembesi kabupaten Batanghari Jambi, (22/10/2020).
Area Manager, Ari Yusnairy Muslim mengatakan, BMB adalah program sinergi Mandiri Syariah dan Laznas BSM Umat untuk masyarakat termasuk mereka yang terdampak Covid. Dengan total nilai bantuan sebesar Rp9,7 miliar, BMB menyasar empat concern utama yakni ketahanan pangan, pendidikan, kesehatan dan bantuan modal usaha untuk masyarakat.
“Untuk ketahanan pangan kami berikan dalam bentuk bantuan/santunan sembako senilai Rp165.000/paket, bantuan pendidikan kami eksekusi melalui program orang tua asuh atau beasiswa bagi pelajar yatim dan dhuafa sebesar Rp300rb/siswa/bulan, bantuan kesehatan kami berikan dalam bentuk bantuan alat sanitasi (sarana cuci tangan, masker, handsanitizer, desinfektan, thermometer tembak dan alat kesehatan lainnya) adapun untuk bantuan modal usaha kecil (ultra micro) diberikan kepada masyarakat terdampak covid misal pedagang, tukang ojek, dll dengan maksimal nilai bantuan Rp500.000,- per 1 usaha,” jelas Ari.
BMB juga merupakan implementasi program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Mandiri Syariah yang ditujukan bagi kemaslahatan umat dan lingkungan dengan memfungsikan masjid sebagai distribution channel dan basis pelaksanaan program.
Dalam program yang dilaksanakan selama Oktober dan Nopember 2020 di Region dan Area Mandiri Syariah seluruh Indonesia ini, Mandiri Syariah turut melibatkan seluruh stakeholders, termasuk nasabah dan pegawai untuk memberikan nilai tambah kepada umat dan lingkungan. " Dalam menjalankan operasional Bank, kami tidak hanya berorientasi pada profit, namun juga people (masyarakat dan umat) dan planet (lingkungan),” kata Ari.
‘’Pandemi Covid-19 ini ujian bagi semua dan mendorong masyarakat untuk saling peduli kepada sesame dan mereka yang secara ekonomi juga terdampak. Karena itu kami berterima kasih kepada nasabah dan pegawai yang bahu membahu berdonasi dan berkontribusi dalam program BMB ini,’’ tambahnya.
Secara teknis, Mandiri Syariah akan menilai aspek apa yang menjadi kebutuhan prioritas masjid sesuai persetujuan pihak masjid dan kemudian masjid akan memberikan rekomendasi penerima sesuai syarat dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan.

Peningkatan laba bersih dan pembiayaan Mandiri Syariah ditopang dengan adanya pertumbuhan dana pihak ketiga (DPK) yang mencapai 17,28% yoy menjadi Rp106,12 triliun sehingga asset Mandiri Syariah mencapai Rp119,43 triliun, tumbuh 16,19% dari periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya.(*)
