MERANGIN - Pelaksanaan Pemilihan kepala desa (Pilkades) Serentak 2020, yang digelar di 10 desa dalam delapan kecamatan di Kabupaten Merangin, berlangsung aman dan lancar, Selasa (29/12).
Hal tersebut ditegaskan Wabup Merangin H Mashuri, usai memantau pelaksanaan jalannya Pilkades di lima desa yang dikunjungi dari 10 desa yang menggelar Pilkades. ‘’Alhamdulillah Pilkades serentak yang telah kita gelar, semua lancar,’’ujar Wabup.
Wabup sangat bersyukur karena selain berlangsung aman dan lancar, Pilkades Serentak 2020 di Kabupaten Merangin, sangat disiplin menerapkan protokol kesehatan pencegahan Covid-19.
‘’Jadi calon pemilih semua memakai masker. Sebelum masuk areal pemilihan, calon pemilih sudah mencuci tangan dengan sabun di air yang mengalir, suhunya dicek dan jaraknya sangat tertib diatur satu persatu,’’terang Wabup.
Desa pertama yang dipantau wabup, Desa Beringin Sanggul Kecamatan Tiangpumpung. Di desa ini ada empat Calon kepala desa (Cakades), Zuhdi, Jasman, Burdin dan Sarbaini, dengan jumlah matapilih 619 orang.
Selanjutnya wabup bertolak ke Desa Biuku Tanjung Kecamatan Bangko Barat. Di desa ini juga ada empat Cakades, Padri Sumarto, Yulisdi, Jani Mardani dan Asari. Wabup lalu bergeser ke  Desa Tanjung Rejo Kecamatan Margo Tabir.
Di Desa Tanjung Rejo ada tiga Cakades, Agus Prayitno, Marsono dan Tulus. Terakhir wabup mematau pelaksanaan Pilkades Serentak di Desa Tunggul Bulian Kecamatan Tabir Timur.
Ada tiga Cakades di Tunggul Bulian, Amir Syarifudin, Assarpi dan Samsul. Di 10 desa yang menggelar Pilkades tersebut, penghitungan suara juga dilakukan serentak, mulai pukul 13.00 WIB.
Sementara itu menjelang penghitungan suara, wabup sempat mengikuti jalannya vidcon dengan Dirjen Kemendagri. Pada vidcon tersebut, wabup langsung diwawancarai bagaimana kondisi pelaksanaan Pilkades Serentak di Merangin.
