MUARABULIAN - Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Batanghari menggelar rapat paripurna dalam rangka pengucapan sumpah pengangkatan Pengganti Antar Waktu (PAW) anggota DPRD Kabupaten Batanghari sisa masa jabatan 2019-2024, bertempat di gedung sidang paripurna DPRD Batanghari, Senin (25/1/2022).
Dimana saudari Febri Nurhalimah, S.HUM resmi dilantik sebagai PAW anggota DPRD Kabupaten Batanghari menggantikan Camelia Puji Astuti, karena maju menjadi calon Wakil Bupati dalam perhelatan Pilkada Batanghari tahun 2020.
Pelantikan dan pengambilan sumpah janji dipimpin oleh Ketua DPRD Batanghari, Anita Yasmi, SE, dan dihadiri oleh Sekda Batanghari Ir. Mulawarman, anggota DPRD Kabupaten Batanghari, jajaran Forkopimda, serta sejumlah pejabat di lingkungan Pemkab Batanghari.
Ketua DPRD Batanghari, Anita Yasmin, SE mengatakan, pelantikan PAW anggota DPRD Kabupaten Batanghari guna mengisi kekosongan kursi satu anggota atas nama Camelia Puji Astuti yang mengundurkan diri setelah menyatakan maju dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) Batanghari. Dan PAW ini sesuai dengan undang-undang nomor 23 tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) mengatur pemberhentian dan pengangkatan PAW anggota DPRD.
“Peresmian dan pengucapan sumpah dan janji anggota DPRD Batanghari PAW sisa masa jabatan tahun 2019-2024 ini bisa dilaksanakan, sesuai dengan ditetapkan Surat Keputusan (SK) Gubernur Jambi nomor 52/KEP.GUB/SETDA.PEM-OTDA-2.2/2021 tentang Pergantian Antar Waktu Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Batanghari Provinsi Jambi sisa masa jabatan tahun 2019-2024,” kata Anita Yasmin.
Keputusan Gubernur ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal ditetapkan,” tambah Anita Yasmin.
Pembacaan keputusan Gubernur Jambi terhadap pengangkatan PAW anggota DPRD Batanghari oleh Sekwan DPRD Batanghari, M Ali.
