MERANGIN - Petugas Lapas Kelas II B Bangko kembali mengagalkan penyeludupan 5 paket shabu-shabu ke dalam Lapas. Peristiwa tersebut terjadi pada hari Sabtu (06/02/2021) sekira pukul 12.20 WIB, saat petugas melakukan pemeriksaan barang  kiriman pengunjung.

Penyeludupan dilakukan oleh YD seorang sopir travel yang ingin mengantarkan titipan makanan kepada salah satu warga binaan yang bernama Edo Hardika.

Petugas Lapas II B Bangko sebagaimana biasanya, melakukan pemeriksaan barang bawaan atau titipan pengunjung untuk warga binaan, dan dari hasil penggeledahan tersebut, dalam barang bawaan YD ditemukan 5 paket berupa serbuk kristas yang diduga Narkotika jenis sabu yang dikemas dalam bungkusan plastik.

Petugas Lapas kemudian berkoordinasi dengan Polres Merangin untuk mengamankan Yunardi, sementara untuk warga binaan Edo Hardika, petugas Lapas juga melakukan interogasi.

Kalapas Klas II B Bangko, Erwan Prasetyo,  membenarkan kejadian tersebut, dan mengatakan kasus ini sudah diserahkan ke Polres Merangin.

"Kasusnya sudah kita limpahkan ke Mapolres, dan untuk warga binaan sudah kita ambil tindakan tegas, dengan memasukkannya ke dalam strap sel," tandas Kalapas.
