MUAROJAMBI - Tumpukan sampah rumah tangga dan medis terlihat memenuhi badan jalan yang berada di kawasan RSUD Ahmad Ripin Kabupaten Muarojambi.
Masyarakat yang melintas dilokasi sudah diresahkan dengan bau busuk dari sampah yang berserakan tersebut.
Pantauan awak media dilapangan, tumpukan sampah itu tidak hanya dari sampah rumah tangga dan terpantau sudah tercampur sampah medis dari RSUD Ahmad Ripin.
Kepala Dinas Perkim Muarojambi, Safrinal , saat dikonfirmasi media mengatakan, petugasnya selalu keliling untuk membersihkan tumpukan sampah rumah tangga yang ada dilingkungan masyarakat.
"Terkait tumpukan sampah yang ada di belakang RSUD Ahmad Ripin itu, petugas kita masih belum berani mengambilnya, karena sampah itu masih bercampur dengan sampah medis, jadi petugas kita sedikit khwatir apalagi dizaman Covid-19 ini," kata Safrinal pada Kamis (18/2).
Terkait itu, ia mengaku telah komunikasi dengan pihak RSUD, agar sampah medis dipisahkanakan dengan sampah rumah tangga.
"Ketika sampah itu sudah dipisahkan hari ini sampah itu akan kami bersihkan lah," pungkasnya.
