MUARABULIAN – Badan Kepegawaian Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah (BKPSDMD) Kabupaten Batanghari, setidaknya tercatat ratusan Pegawai Negri Sipil (PNS) di kabupaten Batanghari belum memiliki ijazah Starata satu (S.1).
Dengan rincian jenjang pendidikan SMA sebanyak 613 orang, jenjang pendidikan SMP sebanyak 47 orang dan jenjang SD sebanyak 18 orang.
Kepala BKPSDMD Kabupaten Batanghari, Mula P Rambe dikonfirmasi media ini di Muarabulian pada Senin (1/3/2021) kemarin mengaku, berdasarkan data bulan Desember 2020, tercatat kurang lebih 680 orang PNS di Batanghari yang belum memiliki ijazah S.1.
Dengan rincian tamatan SMA ada 613 orang, tamatan SMP 47 orang dan tamatan SD 18 orang.
“Itu data per Desember 2020 kemarin,” kata Mula P Rambe.
Kepada media ini Mula P Rambe menjelaskan, dari data yang ada tercatat sebanyak 4.724 PNS di Batanghari, dengan rincian berjenis kelamin laki-laki 2.092 orang dan perempuan 2.632 orang.
Dengan rincian untuk tamatan SD 18 orang, SMP 47 orang, SMA 613 orang, D1 37 orang, D2 309 orang, D3 560 orang, S1 2.726 orang dan S2 sebanyak 120 orang dan S3 sebanyak 1 orang,” tutup Rambe.
