MUARABULIAN – Penyelesaian tapal batas antara kabupaten Batanghari dengan kabupaten Tebo rampung. Setelah melalui proses yang cukup panjang, akhirnya tapal batas Batanghari - Tebo telah disepakati oleh kedua Kepala Daerah.
Kesepakatan perbatasan antara kedua daerah itu, setelah kedua Kepala Daerah bertemu dan menandatangani kesepakatan tapal batas di Kementrian Dalam Negeri melalui Direktorat Jendral Kewilayahan di Jakarta pada Rabu 3 Maret 2021 lalu.
Hal ini dibenarkan oleh Pj Sekda Batanghari, Ir. H. R. M. Mulawarmansyah, M.Si saat ditemui media ini di Muarabulian pada Senin (8/3/2021).
Dikatakan Pj Sekda, belum lama ini kedua kepala daerah sudah menandatangani tapal batas yang sudah disepakati. Dan sampai kini, Pemkab hanya tinggal menunggu peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri tentang batas antara dua kabupaten tersebut. Begitu peraturan menteri sudah terbitkan, kata Sekda, maka pemerintah akan turun ke masyarakat.
“Tugas kita kedepan, baik kabupaten Tebo dan Batanghari mensosialisasikan kepada seluruh elemen masyarakat, khususnya yang berada di tapal batas untuk mematuhi ketentuan-ketentuan tersebut,” katanya.
Mulawarmansyah menjelaskan, daerah tapal batas tersebut mengacu dari garis-garis hasil perundingan tim dari kedua belah pihak. Tim itu bekerja berdasarkan dokumen yang ada, termasuk undang-undang tentang pembentukan wilayah, sejarah, kearifan lokal dan informasi yang didapatkan dari masyarakat.
Sedangkan saat ini, untuk tapal batas dengan kabupaten lain, misalnya Batanghari dan Muaro Jambi serta Tanjab Barat itu sedang dijadwalkan oleh Kementrian Dalam Negeri. Namun, tampaknya belum proses penandatangan, masih ada perundingan tim,” jelasnya.
Mulawarmansyah juga bilang, bahwa proses tapal batas dengan kabupaten Tebo tersebut sudah lama dilakukan, dan rapat terakhir kali itu dilakukan pada September 2019 yang lalu.
“Yang jelas, data-data yang ada itu sudah di lengkapi. Kemudian diolah oleh Kemendagri, maka munculah kesepakatan tapal batas kemarin,” kata Mulawarmansyah menutup.
