MUARABULIAN – Jadwal pelaksanaan pemilihan kepala desa (Pilkades) Serentak di kabupaten Batanghari tahun ini akan dilaksanakan pada 26 Agustus 2021.
Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (PMD) Batanghari, M Arif Budiman melalui Sekretaris PMD Batanghari, Raden Tarmizi mengatakan, untuk Pilkades serentak di kabupaten Batanghari tahun 2021 sesuai Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Nomor 8 tahun 2020 tentang perubahan kedua atas Perda kabupaten Batanghari Nomor 6 tahun 2016 tentang pemilihan kepala desa menyebutkan, bahwa tata cara pemilihan kepala desa itu ditentukan lewat musyawarah desa (Musdes).
“Untuk Pilkades nanti, sesuai Perda Nomor 8 tahun 2020 tentang perubahan kedua atas Perda Nomor 6 tahun 2016 tentang Pilkades, bahwa tata cara pilkades itu ditentukan lewat musyawarah desa,” ujar Raden Tarmizi saat dikonfirmasi media ini di Muarabulian, Rabu (7/4/2021).
Dikatakan Tarmizi, untuk proses pelaksanaan pemilihan kepala desa nanti disesuaikan dengan jumlah alat e-voting yang ada. Dimana dalam pelaksanaannya nanti bisa dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu bisa melalui sistim e-voting dan bisa secara manual.
“Pelaksanaannya nanti bisa e-voting bisa manual, namun terbatas. Nantinya disetiap TPS dibatasi jumlah DPT dengan maksimal 500 DPT,” kata Tarmizi.
Terkait tahapan pelaksanaan pilkades serentak ini, diakui Tarmizi, untuk saat ini masih menunggu pembentukan panitia pemilihan kepala desa serentak tingkat kabupaten Batanghari dan pendataan. Usai pembentukan panitia dan pendataan, tahapan selanjutnya adalah pendaftaran dan seleksi penetapan calon,”ujarnya.
