JAMBI - Sekda Provinsi Jambi, Sudirman SH MH berharap agar pejabat fungsional yang dilantik aktif mengadakan inovasi-inovasi untuk menunjang peningkatan kinerja OPD, yang selanjutnya kontributif terhadap peningkatan kinerja Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi.
Lebih lagi, ungkap Sekda bahwa pejabat yang dilantik ini sudah memiliki banyak pengalaman dalam birokrasi, yang bisa membantu dalam meningkatkan kinerja.
“Jangan bosan-bosan untuk terus belajar menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan skill (keterampilan)," kata Sekda saat melantik dan mengambil sumpah pejabat fungsional lingkup Pemprov Jambi, Senin (3/5), bertempat di ruang rapat rumah dinas Sekda.
Selanjutnya, Sekda juga berpesan agar pejabat yang dilantik agar tetap menjaga disiplin dan integritas, menjaga nama baik dan reputasi diri, instansi, dan Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi.
"Selamat bekerja, selamat berkarya, semoga amanah,” ungkap Sekda.
Pada kesempatan ini, Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi mengadakan pelantikan kepada 1 (satu) orang pejabat fungsional tertentu, yakni Jabatan Fungsional Ahli Utama, atas nama Sdr. Sultoni,S.Sos,MH, Pembina Utama Muda (IV/c), sebagai Widyaiswara Ahli Utama pada Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi, sesuai dengan Petikan Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 14/M Tahun 2021 tentang Pemberhentian dari Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Madya dan Pengangkatan dalam Jabatan Fungsional Ahli Utama.
Berdasarkan PP No 11 Tahun 2017 dengan turunannya Peraturan Menteri Pemberdayaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 13 Tahun 2019 tentang Pengusulan, Penetapan, dan Pembinaan Jabatan Fungsional Pegawai Negeri Sipil, yang dimaksud dengan jabatan fungsional adalah kedudukan yang menunjukkan tugas, tanggung jawab, wewenang, dan hak seseorang PNS dalam suatu satuan organisasi yang dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya didasarkan pada keahlian dan/atau keterampilan tertentu serta bersifat mandiri.
“Pengangkatan jabatan fungsional bertujuan sebagai sarana pengembangan profesionalisme dan pembinaan karier PNS," tuturnya.
"Selain itu, untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan, dibutuhkan adanya pengangkatan pejabat fungsional yang perlu dibina dengan sebaik-baiknya dengan menggunakan sistem karier dan sistem prestasi kerja demi menciptakan organisasi pemerintah yang “miskin struktur, namun kaya fungsi,” ungkapnya.
Kegiatan ini dimaksud sebagai langkah pengembangan karir dan peningkatan kinerja pelayanan masyarakat di lingkup birokrasi Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi.
Hadir di kesempatan ini Kepala OPD atau yang mewakili lingkup Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi, serta pejabat fungsional yang dilantik.
