MUARABULIAN - Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Batanghari meluncurkan inovasi pelayanan publik.
Inovasi pelayanan publik tersebut bernama "SIP JOK" yang merupakan akronim dari Sistem Informasi Investasi dan perizinan melalui jaringan online keliling.
Mobil ini nantinya akan mendatangi para pelaku usaha yang ada di desa-desa di Kabupaten Batanghari.
Menurut keterangan Kepala DPMPTSP Batanghari, Rijaludin, SE mengatakan, layanan ini bertujuan untuk mendekatkan pelayanan perizinan dan non-perizinan kepada masyarakat.
Selain itu menjadi sarana sosialisasi bagi DPMPTSP ke masyarakat yang selama ini belum mengurus izin usaha karena terkendala jarak dan waktu," kata Rijaludin.
Rijaludin juga bilang, pihaknya akan terus berupaya memperbaiki pelayanan baik dri sisi kualitas dan kuantitas pelayanan.
Sebagaimana diketahui, kata Rijaludin, sesuai dengan PP Nomor 5 Tahun 2021 tentang penyelenggaraan perizinan berusaha berbasis resiko, bahwa semua perizinan akan diprosesdiproses melalui OSS berbasis resiko.
Usaha IUMK cukup mengurus NIB saja sebagai legalitas dan waktu pemrosesan perizinan hanya 10 menit sudah siap izinnya," terangnya.
Menurutnya, kondisi ekonomi yang kurang baik karena terdampak pandemi Covid-19Covid-19 ini harus didukung investasi dan tumbuhnya ekonomi pelaku usaha. DPMPTSP akan berusaha keras dalam meningkatkan pelayanan perizinan dan mendukung investasi di Kabupaten Batanghari," ujarnya.
Diakuinya, inovasi dan integritas di DPMPTSP dalam rangka mensukseskan Visi Batanghari Tangguh 2024 harus kita kerjakan sama-sama dan perlu sinergitas pemerintah dan pelaku usaha dalam mewujudkan masyarakat Kabupaten Batanghari yang adil dan makmur," tutup Rijaludin.
