JAMBI- Di tengah minimnya anggaran persentase jalan mantap Provinsi Jambi menurun. Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Jambi berharap Pemda tetap mengupayakan jalan-jalan yang ada tetap fungsional.
Ketua Komisi III DPRD Provinsi Ahmad Fauzi Ansori mengakui bahwa kemampuan keuangan daerah Provinsi Jambi khusus nya di tahun 2019 dan 2020 mengalami penurunan. Sehingga banyak sekali jalan-jalan milik pemerintah provinsi yang tidak tertangani.
"Oleh karena itu strateginya disepakati antara pemerintah daerah dengan dprd khsusnya komisi III adalah memanfaatkan alokasi anggaran yang sedikit itu untuk menjaga jalan tetap fungsional," ujar Fauzi.
Namun untuk peningkatan semua jalan yang rusak berat menurutnya sangat minim kemungkinan sebab anggaran di Dinas PUPR saja pada tahun 2021 ini hanya sebesar Rp210 Miliar.
"Untuk menambah anggaran sangat tergantung pada kemampuan keuangan daerah, kita berdoa saja pandemi ini akan berakhir, 2022 juga ada angin segar tentang peningkatan PAD kita," pungkasnya.
Dibaritakan sebelumnya, bukan bertambah persentase jalan mantap yang menjadi tanggung jawab pemerintah Provinsi Jambi justru semakin berkurang.
Tercatat pada tahun 2020 kemarin persentase jalan mantap Provinsi Jambi mencapai 77,9 persen. Namun pada tahun 2021 ini turun menjadi 76,815 persen dari total panjang jalan Provinsi 1.032 KM.
Sementara jalan Provinsi yang dalam kondisi Baik saat ini sebabyak 31,391 persen, sedang 45,425 persen, rusak Ringan 11,675 persen, dan rusak berat 11,510 persen.
Kepala Dinas PUPR Provinsi Jambi M Fauzi menyebut penyebab berkurangnya persentase jalan matap Provinsi ini karena minimnya anggaran di Dinas PUPR serta adanya refokusing anggaran untuk penanganan covid-19. Sehingga banyak kegiatan yang dibatalkan.(*)
