“Setelah proses ini, KKKS akan melakukan evaluasi data hasil lapangan untuk memastikan besaran cadangan di kawasan tersebut. Untuk mendapatkan data yang lebih pasti, kami juga mengusulkan agar data dievaluasi berdasarkan data Seismik 3D Pesut Mas yang diakuisisi pada tahun 2019 dan diusulkan untuk mengkonfirmasi keberadaan hidrokarbon pada batugamping Formasi Minahaki berumur Miosen Tengah,” kata Kepala Divisi Pemboran SKK Migas, Surya Widyantoro di Jakarta, Sabtu, (14/8).
Tanggal 14 Mei 2021, Sumur WPY-001 mulai dibor dengan trayek bor miring (directional) dari lokasi Sumur Penyu-001 (yang dibor tahun 2017) ke arah barat laut menuju titik target dengan rencana kedalaman akhir pada 2.390 meter di bawah permukaan tanah (Measure Depth).
Proses pemboran dilaksanakan selama 62 hari. Pada tanggal 10 Juli 2021 sumur WPY-001 mencapai titik kedalaman akhir 2.420 meter. Setelah dilakukan evaluasi petrofisika oleh Pertamina EP, lebih lanjut diusulkan 2 interval Uji Kandung Lapisan (UKL) dengan hasil sebagai berikut :
1. UKL#1 pada kedalaman 2.315 – 2.324 meter pada lapisan batugamping Formasi Minahaki, dengan hasil uji alir sebesar 5.5 mmscfd (gas) & 72 bcpd (kondensat), dan;
Saat ini Sumur WPY-001 sedang mempersiapkan proses penutupan sumur dan diperkirakan rig pemboran akan meninggalkan lokasi pada tanggal 17 Agustus 2021 dan selanjutnya akan dilakukan evaluasi perhitungan sumberdaya berdasarkan hasil pemboran yang dilakukan.
Sumur Temuan
Dengan adanya temuan tersebut, _success ratio_ pemboran Eksplorasi Indonesia tahun 2021 adalah sebesar 75%. “Pada tahun 2021 kami berencana mengebor 40 sumur Eksplorasi. Semoga kami menemukan cadangan-cadangan baru pada kegiatan pemboran lain,” kata Surya.
