JAMBI - Memberikan keabsahan pencatatan sipil perkawinan dan penerbitan Sertifikat Hak Milik (SHM) tanah masjid, panti asuhan, rumah jompo, menjadi tujuan utama Penandatangan Nota Kesepakatan antara Gubernur Jambi bersama Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Jambi, Kanwil Kemenag Provinsi Jambi, Kanwil Badan Pertanahan Negara Provinsi Jambi, PT.Pos Indonesia Jambi yang berlangsung di Rumah Dinas Gubernur Jambi, Kamis (19/8/21).
"Sudah waktunya memperbaiki tatanan kehidupan masyarakat, tata kelola pemerintahan dan layanan publik yang baik," ungkap Gubernur Jambi.
Gubernur Jambi H.Al Haris menjelaskan pelayanan publik bukan hanya bicara hari akan tetapi berhitung menit dengan tidak memperpanjang proses dan tidak berbelit-belit,"Kita jangan kaku dalam pelayanan publik tapi hasil yang cepat berkualitas manfaat," lanjut Al Haris.
Lebih jelas Gubernur Jambi Al Haris menerangkan Akta Nikah, Kartu Keluarga, Kartu Tanda Penduduk, merupakan hal yang sangat penting mengingat dokumen resmi kependudukan menjadi persyaratan kepengurusan administrasi, melindungi masyarakat secara pasti untuk mengetahui status seseorang sebelum melangsungkan pernikahan dengan adanya integrasi data dokumen nikah dan pencatatan sipil seperti KK/KTP mencegah terjadinya pernikahan yang tidak sah secara hukum negara.
"Melalui media sosial orang dapat berkenalan dan menikah sementara statusnya masih suami istri (bukan lajang/duda/janda)," kata Gubernur Jambi.
Ketua Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Jambi, Dr.Drs.H.Pelmizar,MHI, menerangkan banyak masyarakat yang tinggal di pedesaan telah melaksanakan perkawinan namun tidak memiliki surat nikah dan tidak punya identitas perkawinan hal tesebut akan menimbulkan berbagai macam persoalan terhadap diri mereka maupun terhadap anak keturunan pada masa mendatang.
