MUAROJAMBI - YP (29) tahun, kini mendekam dibalik sel tahanan Polres Muaro Jambi. Dia harus mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatan bejatnya karena telah menyetubuhi anak yang masih dibawah umur yang tidak lain adalah anak tirinya hingga hamil.
Kapolres Muaro Jambi AKBP Yuyan Priatmaja S.I.K.,MH melalui Kasi Humas Polres Muaro Jambi, AKP Amradi, saat dikonfirmasi mengatakan, Satreskrim Polsek Kumpeh Ulu yang dipimpin IPDA H. Sirait telah mengamankan satu pelaku persetubuhan anak di bawah umur hingga hamil.
Pelaku YP (29) ditangkap Satreskrim di Camp Blok-A PT. EWF (Erasakti Wira Forestama) Desa Sakean, Kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi pada hari Rabu (22/12/2021) pada pukul 02.30 wib," kata AKP Amradi.
AKP Amradi mengatakan, penangkapan YP (29) atas laporan ibu korban dan anak tiri korban ke Polsek Kumpeh Ulu pada hari Selasa (21/12/2021) yang bertempat tinggal di Camp Blok A PT. EWF (Erasakti Wira Forestama) Desa Sakean, Kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi.
Dari keterangan Ibu korban pada bulan November ibu korban merasa curiga atas perubahan tubuh korban.
Ibu korban menyuruh adiknya untuk membujuk korban dan akhirnya korban pun bercerita mengaku sudah hamil, saat ditanya korban dihamili ayah tirinya (YP).
Kemudian ibu korban dan si korban langsung membuat laporan ke Polsek Kumpeh Ulu (21/12), Menerima laporan tersebut Satreskrim Polsek Kumpeh Ulu melakukan pemeriksaan kepada saksi-saksi dan mendapatkan Hasil pemeriksaan bukti kehamilan korban sudah berumur 33 Minggu
Kanit Reskrim Polsek Kumpeh ulu IPDA H. Sirait bersama personil langsung bergerak cepat menangkap pelaku.
Pelaku yang diketahui berada di Blok G 10 PT. EWF, langsung diringkus tanpa perlawanan,dan saat diinterogasi Pelaku YP mengakui Perbuatannya.
Dari Hasil pemeriksaan Pelaku YP setiap kali melakukan persetubuhan terhadap anak tirinya ketika istri pelaku (ibu kandung korban ) tidak berada dirumah .
Pelaku juga mengakui setiap ingin melakukan Hubungan Badan selalu mengancam Anak Tirinya "MAU AYAH AMBIL PISAU" dan ancaman perkataan tersebutlah yang terus di ucapkan pelaku kepada korban bila ingin melakukan hubungan intim kepada anak tirinya.
Pelaku YP dijerat pasal Pasal 76D Jo Pasal 81 ayat (1) dan ayat (3), dan Pasal 76E Jo Pasal 82 ayat (2) UU RI NO 17 THN 2016 tentang peraturan pemerintah pengganti UU RI NOMOR 1 Tahun 2016, tentang perubahan kedua atas UU Nomor 23 tahun 2002 Dengan ancaman hukuman paling cepat 5 Tahun dan paling lama 15 tahun.
